Our continuous type ovens can be produced as belt tunnel type, internal return (U) type or with span conveyor. Our ovens have the indirect heating thermo-block system with convection heat transfer. It can be manufactured according to power supply sources like electricity, gas or liquid fuel. The inner surfaces of our ovens’ panels are produced with galvanized sheet and the outer surfaces are produced with galvanized sheet steel coated with electrostatic powder paint. Considering the application temperature, the required thickness (usually 160 mm) is determined and only rock wool is used for insulation. Air curtains in the furnace are placed inlet and outlet of the oven to minimize heat loss while increasing the efficiency.

The doors of our box type furnaces can be produced as double-sided, top opening or as guillotine door according to needs.

The dipping system which is one of the other methods is produced with a robot or crane controlled. The systems are equipped with the most efficient heating, ventilating and PLC control equipment. In our dipping lines manufacturing, AISI 304- AISI 316 stainless sheets of steel and polypropylene are used. The system should be selected according to the shape of the part, the area to be used and the corrosion resistance. Some chemicals which are used for surface cleaning must be applied hot. Due to this situation, our company produces cold dipping lines as well as natural gas heated, electric heated, liquid fuel heated and water heated dipping pre-treatment lines according to the energy source that is planning to be used.

Engines for combined heat and power plants are operated with different fuels, including hydrogen, natural gas, biogas, sewage gas and special gases, plus diesel and other liquid fuels. In an exhaust gas heat exchanger, the hot exhaust gas from the CHP engines or CHP gas turbines is cooled, in the process heating water, a water-glycol mixture or thermal oil. This thermal energy can be used in a local or district heating system or for other industrial purposes.

Tunnel type ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 180-200°C in 10 minutes, are used in the powder coating systems. Curing oven length is calculated according to the conveyor speed in order to achieve polymerization and curing of the work piece quantities per shift. The powder coating ovens are designed by us according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. These ovens are conveyorised, product inlet and outlets are opened designed accordint to the biggest work piece sizes. Oven can be designed as a tunnel, U, S or W-shaped according to the biggestt work piece and the work shop sizes. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating up the ovens.

There is no stagnant point in the hot oil circulation. Oil speeds are also secured by flow control systems. As Eralp, we can produce steam boilers working with Liquid fuel, Biomass, Gas and Solid fuel. We increase the system efficiency with the economizer to be added to the back of the boiler. We use steel drawn pipes in accordance with EN 10216-2 norm of European origin in our production as a standard. The system is secured with the automation and PLC control systems used. Energy loss is prevented by reducing the thermal bridges in the insulation.
