Polypropylene label used for non-alcoholic and low-alcoholic beverages in PET containers. This label has a number of advantages compared with the traditional material – paper. Due to the natural physical properties of polypropylene, it is possible to obtain a transparent label, which is impossible to achieve when using paper. The smoothness and evenness of the polypropylene label simplifies its attachment to the surface of the container, and the technological features of applying such a label on a PET bottle can significantly reduce the consumption of glue.The most important advantage of products made of polypropylene is their non-toxicityThey do not represent health hazards, and polypropylene is considered one of the most suitable materials for the manufacture of labels.

The shrinkage label is used to pack both food and non-food products and has the following benefits and advantages: Protects from UV rays and retains its appearance during freezing and cooling; The ability to cover the surface of the container complex and original form; Hides physical and technical surface defects; The image does not fade, does not get wet, is not damaged by friction during transportation due to printing on the inside of the label; Increases the printing area of information across the entire surface of the label; Ability to use three-dimensional design, the use of the effect of transparency, translucency, haze; For the convenience of customers, the shrink, sleeve labels can be added with a transverse or longitudinal perforation, as well as a tear-off tape; Ability to label shrink labels automatically without the use of glue.

These labels are the last line of defense before someone, gets hurt. The labels are fixed to the items or located on stands in special areas, they warn persons about possible risks, which are associated with usage of different equipment, dangerous areas which are under reconstruction, forces of nature etc. They are necessary for keeping people aware of any danger that may happen. It is a big advantage when labels are fixed in places, without such effects on them as: UV sunrays, acids, abrasives, cleaning liquids etc. In case, when the tags are under influence of negative environment, we provide our clients with anodized aluminum labels, which can resist any severe environment, due to hard aluminium layer, which covered printing, our labels remain anew with the same brightness without any changes. Unique identification labels are special marking labels, which give unique ID to different equipment and items. This method of marking is very important and globally unique for serial equipment with cost over $5000. UID labeling provides data integrity throughout all equipment’s lifecycle. Therefore, the labels should be readable throughout all lifecycle of equipment. It means, that any hazard environment as: sunrays, acids, cleaning liquids, abrasive etc., cannot effect labels with data. UID was primarily suggested by Ministry of Defense to provide better accountability and designed to distinguish discrete entity from other like and unlike entities. Medicine also uses such method of identification; it facilitates the reduction of medical errors while simplifying integration of information on device use onto medical records. If your company manufactures a lot of different items and you are going to keep them structuralized and separate, you can identify items by yourself.

Normally, the plates on product implies the impact of famous logo to underline the product. Name plates can be also used in warehousing ranks, levels, cargoes etc. Name plates can be seen in different shapes, such as: square, rectangular, round, oval etc.

Mimic panels represent processes or flow charts, which are displayed on different control desks. Such method makes it easy to monitor and control many processes from one location. It is also known as second level back up. Mimic panels also shows geographical layout of installed equipment to denote visual appraisal of any fire gas or transport traffic. Mimic panels are always furnished with bright LEDs, which indicate system malfunction as oil, gas leaking etc. In emergency case operator uses critical push button, which activates water pumps, extinguishant system in order to avoid accidents. Such panels are installed in convenient places for operators and personal to prevent any hazard consequences as soon as possible. We recommend mimic panel with tile matrix, which can be easily modified for additional items etc.
