Solid top GRP panels are made of standard open mesh grating finished with a solid 3mm top plate. The top plate is gritted, creating an anti-slip surface ideal for pedestrian use. High strength and lightweight, they are often specified over open mesh gratings for safety reasons, such as preventing contamination to surfaces below. The closed top also creates an easier surface to walk over, particularly for wheels. Fire Retardant Correx® Protection Board is manufactured from strong corrugated polypropylene to provide long lasting protection for windows, doors, stairs, walls and floors. Lightweight and extremely strong, the plastic sheets are tear, puncture and impact resistant. They can be cut, curved and creased to fit any surface offering complete surface protection for a variety of applications during refurbishment, building and construction projects. Fire resistant Protection Board is similar to twin wall plastic sheeting, Antinox, Proplex and corex board and is ideal for the same uses – ie. Protection for floors and other surfaces. Our low-tack fire retardant PVC tape is ideal for joining protection materials such as the Proguard Protection Board. It is especially used where there are sensitive surfaces as the low tack adhesive won't leave a residue. Surfaces must be clean and free from dust for this product to work effectively. Proguard Flame Retardant Protectall Fleece is arguably the most versatile temporary protection product. It provides excellent impact protection and is suitable for hard floors, walls, windows, ceilings, metal - virtually any surface! This premium fleece has a self adhesive film on the underneath and anti-slipping, flame retardant fleece on the top face. It stays securely in place, does not require tape or additional fixing and leaves absolutely no residue on removal. It is manufactured from 2.5mm thick, hard wearing non-woven synthetic fibres which provides excellent shock absorption. Proguard Fire Retardant Premium Carpet Protection Film is perfect for protecting carpets from spillages and debris during building, painting, DIY projects, house moves, parties and other events to help reduce clean up time. The adhesive backing adheres to most carpets and carpet tiles and ensures that the film stays securely in place, making it safer to use than traditional dust sheets and polythene. After use, it can be peeled away without leaving any residue. The rolls are forward wound meaning the adhesive side is on the inside which makes the rolls perfect for application with our Proguard Film Applicator or by hand. As the adhesive is on the inside it is not exposed to dirt. This carpet film has the added benefit of being fire resistant and anti-slip due to its embossed finish. Proguard fire retardant polythene sheeting is used for protecting furniture during house removals, covering floors during building and decorating work, etc. The polythene can also be used for creating temporary dust screens. Pyroprotect is a Class B-s1,d0 flame retardant impregnant for exterior use. This waterborne, transparent coating helps to prevent mould, rot, mildew and fungi as well as offering class-leading fire protection. Pyroprotect is a flame retardant impregnant for wood with excellent weather resistance properties. Suitable for processing new and wood preservative-treated wooden surfaces, not suitable for surfaces treated with film-forming coatings (lacquers, paints, oils). Pyroprotect is used extensively in rail applications where timber sleepers are exposed to flammable liquids, debris and then sparks from power rails. Pyroprotect is applied at ambient temperature by brush, roller or spray applied there is no requirement for heat treatment or specialist pressure treatment. Surfaces are flame retardant 5 days post coating. Additional Information: Class B1 D0 S1 flame retardant VOC free.

Fire resistant, Low Smoke Toxicity EPDM from J-Flex is supplied, tested & fully certified to EN45545-2, and has been approved to the former National Standards BS 6853, DIN5510 & NF F 16-101 + other Major Standards including LUL S1085 Specifications + BS 476 + UL94 V(0) & NFPA 130 ( U.S. National Fire Protection Association). In addition it has been independently tested & certified to EN 13501-1 Fire Classification of construction products & building elements. EPDM, Silicone, Natural Rubber, Neoprene Sponge & Vamac® Ethylene Acrylic Elastomer materials from J-Flex have been independently tested & certified against some or all of the above norms. These materials all have excellent environmental resistance withstanding ozone, u.v., rain & frost – meaning outdoor applications such as lighting systems and enclosures are kept water and dust-tight. Our materials are also resistant to corrosion, moisture, salt & light fuels.
