Formed shape products are produced either by moulding or by vacuum-forming fibres to fill a wide range of requirements not met by other product forms. These pre-formed shapes are manufactured by blending fibres, with specially selected inorganic and organic binders to give insulating shapes with exceptional characteristics. The vacuum forming manufacturing method permits considerable freedom to vary shape, thickness, density and hardness. Our shapes often provide the most economical answer to producing large quantities of parts in simple or complex configurations for a wide range of high temperature applications. We have a vast range of products already available and work closely with our customers to develop the right product for the application. New tooling can be developed within short lead-times. Microtherm microporous products are extremely good thermal insulation. Their flexibility is made up of solid chips packed in glass fiber textiles. Due to this special structure, curved surfaces can be applied. Contains no organic binder. The resultant sheets are self supporting, flexible, lightweight with exceptional thermal performance characteristics and produce no emissions on firing. Excelfrax 550 Felt exhibits thermal performance approaching that of Microporous products and can therefore be used whenever space is limited or premium thermal performance is required. The sheets are available in a wide range of standard sizes, are easily cut and can be formed into geometrically demanding shapes or around complex contours. Dualinvest paper and felt products consist of a group of wet-laid C materials. The materials are manufactured using Unifrax alumino-silicate fibers wet-laid with a latex binder system to form a randomly oriented matrix. These products are flexible, light weight, and posess excellent thermal characteristics.

Dualflex Blanket is made of ceramic fiber, lightweight, wool-like material. Its main components are SiO2 and Al2O3. It is made from completely inorganic materials, so even at the first heating up, no smoke is produced. Our Modules are dense blocks of high temperature fibre insulation, which have been designed to meet a wide range of application requirements in a variety of heat processing vessels. Anchor-Loc® Modules incorporate unique, strong, quick-fit attachment systems, which have been developed for easy and fast installation. Bonded Modules are not supplied with anchor metalwork and are basically used as a veneer layer. DUALINVEST Modules are available in a variety of temperature grades, densities and attachment systems to best suit specific customer requirements.

DUALINVEST rigid board products are manufactured to provide excellent performance in any application which requires high modulus of rupture (MOR) and a rigid form. The product is designed to resist erosion, vibration, mechanical stress, and can be easily customized on jobs to fit any installation.

Isofoam Insulation is a monolithic insulation system. It is a three-component system of specially conditioned bulk alkaline earth silicate wool, binder and a foaming agent. The Isofoam installation process combines the bulk fibre with the binders in a patented mixing mechanism. Within the mixing chamber, the fibres and binders are combinated to create a homogeneous foam/fibre mixture. The Isofoam installation machinery propels the mixture through a feed hose and nozzle, the material is gunned onto the target surface and the interlocking network of fibres provides a strong, uniform monolithic structure. The proprietary Isofoam binder system and patented installation method completely encapsulate the fibres with the foaming binder, significantly reducing airborne fibre levels during isntallation.
