The DG 106 high voltage generator is one of the latest discharge generator in the KERSTEN neXt® product family and may be used to supply all KERSTEN neXt® discharge assemblies. The high-voltage generator DG 206 is used to supply KERSTEN neXt® discharging components. The high-voltage generator DG 206 is supplied by an input voltage of DC 24V ± 20%. An LED displays the operational readiness as well as any feedback relating to a short-circuit error in one of the connected discharging components. The short-circuit error Feedback and a cable rupture detection also takes place via a 24V DC signal. The high-voltage generator offers 2 touch-safe high-voltage connections.

The discharging generator DG 306 is the power pack of the KERSTEN next product family and can be used to supply all the next® discharging components. With its 6 high voltage connections he can easily manage every large installations, nevertheless it is very compact. With the patented DC High voltage technology you don´t have to worry about EMC interferences anymore while you receive the best possible discharge power. By using the 24 V DC fault indication contact, you have the option to receive a fault signal directly in your system. the High voltage Generator DG 306 is supplied by a 24 v DC input voltage and is therefore independent of the world´s different network standards. The generator provides two insulated and against reverse polarity secured high voltage connections, where discharging devices can be fast and easily connected to.

The high voltage generator DG 416 is the latest discharge generator of the KERSTEN neXt ® family of products and can be used to supply all discharge components of the KERSTEN product family. At the same time he is the most compact, lightest and most powerful high voltage generator for electrostatic discharge of its class. Despite its superior characteristics, it is very cost effective and fits not only because of its small size in each application.

The charging generator CG 202 optimally supplies every charging component of KERSTEN Electrostatik. It delivers a regulated (digital PID control) output voltage of maximum -25kV. The power supply is independant of the world’s varying supply standards by using an input voltage of 24V DC ±10 %. Four charging components can be connected to special high-voltage plug-in connections. Operating parameters are displayed and storable via graphic display and foil-keypad, or can be taken from an industry-standard current interface. Both can be used to operate the system. In addition, an optional discharging generator can be connected to and controlled via the generator.

The DV 106 high-voltage Distributor serves as a link between the generator and discharge components. The system can be expanded due to its additional slots.

The DN 102 power supply in the KERSTEN neXt® product family is the control station for your discharge system. It supplies and controls up to 5 high voltage generators in the KERSTEN neXt® range and also offers you connection and control of a solenoid valve or AK 1x6 compressor controller. Floating contacts are provided for error and enabling signals. The current operational status of each function is signalled via 9 LEDs in the enclosure lid.

The charging electrodes CE 103, with GFP profiles, are used for the surface charging of different materials. A supply voltage of ±30kV should not be exceeded. Attachment of the charging electrode is carried out via a T-Slot. So, they can be mounted anywhere.

The DP 106 discharge gun in the KERSTEN neXt® product family is ideally suited for manual discharge of substrates and to blow off dirt. It features a bundled circular air discharge. The flow-optimised and low noise blowing nozzle allows all materials to be discharged optimally and with high efficiency, even at low pressure.

The discharging head DK 206 of the KERSTEN neXt® product family eliminates electrostatic charges on a wide variety of materials. .
