The combination of this specially selected organic honey and our organic black garlic will surprise and delight your taste buds.

A delicious and original black garlic biscuit to share with family and friends. A handmade recipe, created in partnership with the Carrément Bon biscuit factory. INGREDIENTS Wheat flour*, Isigny fresh butter*, wholemeal almond powder*, fresh eggs*, black garlic* (6%), psyllium*, Noirmoutier salt. STORAGE Store at room temperature in a dark place. Best before: 3 months. PACKAGING Our biscuits are packaged in 70g fully bio-sourced wood pulp bags. The bag is compostable.

In partnership with Le comptoir d'herboristerie, L'étuverie has created these two organic infusions with black garlic: "Jeunesse" and "Coup de pouce". We wanted to combine the virtues of these plants with those of black garlic to bring you these organic blends. With its wealth of knowledge about plants and a keen interest in the project we wanted to develop, the herbalist's shop came up with the idea of combining our respective skills to create a subtle marriage and balance between plants and black garlic. The natural liquid extract of organic black garlic obtained by a cold extraction process was born at L'Etuverie. After several years of research and numerous trials using different extraction techniques, we succeeded in developing this extract, which is concentrated in S-Allyl-Cysteine (the molecule responsible for black garlic's main virtues and anti-oxidant properties). We have focused our research on ensuring that sufficient quantities of S-Allyl-Cysteine are present in our finished product, so that we can offer you the quintessence of our organic black garlic. Organic black garlic liquid extract is to black garlic what essential oil is to a plant: a natural concentrate. Eight drops a day in a glass of water gives you the equivalent of 600 micrograms of Allyl-Cysteine.
