The perforated metal plank type BR is particularly suitable for areas of heavy loads on small contact areas due to its rhomb profile with extra high punching (punched holes 2.5 mm). Here, for example, vehicle navigability on ramps or parking areas are to be considered.

Perforated metal planks, type BP “parallel”, are characterised by their smooth line profiling and high loading capacity. For this reason this type is frequently used when large areas have to be covered in industrial areas and where stringent demands are made on load bearing capacity. This type can also be supplied without holes and is therefore ideal for use in the shelving construction sector.

Perforated metal planks, type BP-oN is very interesting for shelving areas, due to the smooth surface without holes or nobs. The type BP-oN is especially interesting for cantilever rackings based on its wide free span.

The perforated metal plank type BZ offers a high degree of slip resistance due to its serrated surface structure. For this reason, the BZ plank is especially suitable in those environments, where fats and oils are used.

The perforated metal plank BZ-G offers a free cross section of at least 70%. It is therefore suitable for use in intermediate levels. Through the use of BZ-G profiles, the there is no need for a sprinkler system below these intermediate levels. Optimal flue exhaust and sprinkler suitability are thus guaranteed.

Perforated metal planks, type BP-UE are characterized by the highest slip resistance class, their smooth line profiling and high loading capacity. For this reason this type is frequently used in slippery areas and where stringent demands are made on load bearing capacity.

Combi decks are gratings with on top welded chequer plates. They combine ideally the advantages of both products. Chequer plates combine a closed surface with a slip-resistant effect. Gratings, on the other hand, have a high load capacity with a low tare weight. Lichtgitter-Combi deck is used for the industrial sector, e.g. chemical/petrochemical industry, power plants and cement industry as well as for bulk material and offshore applications.

Comb gratings are gratings where the cross bar protrudes. This gives the gratings a very special appearance. They are mainly used in areas where architecture and aesthetics are in focus.
