Roof exhaust fans prevent grain spoilage by providing efficient ventilation. These high-capacity fans function as a vacuum cleaner and eliminate dust on your grain. The most ideal form of silo ventilation; While the ventilation fans are on, the exhaust fans are kept open at all times. Thus, while the grain is completely ventilated, the moist air is easily expelled out of the silo.

Ventilation fans are carefully prepared to meet your needs. These fans are very efficient and specially designed products with engines that are optimally compatible with silo models. Ventilation of the grain in the silo is only possible with appropriate ventilation equipment. Grain life is extended by providing natural ventilation with WC ventilation equipment. Ventilation systems are designed to reduce the percentage of grain damage, moisture content and insect damage.

According to laboratory test results, G-115 standard ÇSI Silo Poles are 25% more resistant to color fading and rust than G-90 standard sheets. The thickness of the silo poles varies from 4 mm to 8 mm and they are subjected to hot dip and thick galvanizing process. The galvanized coating amount of silo poles is in the range of 700-900 gr/m². Silo poles are designed according to AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) and are made of "ASTM A653 50th DEGREE STEEL". It is resistant to a minimum of 4570kgf/cm2 (65,000 PSI). These values ​​clearly demonstrate our superiority over other silos in the market.

Ventilation grilles are used on the ventilation channels at the silo bottom. Thanks to the structure and bottom supports of the grills, thousands of tons of grain are ventilated safely. Thanks to the structure of the holes on the grill, air from the fans easily passes into the grain and ventilation is provided. The diameters of the grill holes are determined according to the type of grain to be stored in the silo, thus preventing the grain from falling into the ventilation channels. Ventilation grilles are produced entirely from galvanized sheets, so that grains can be stored safely for many years.
