EFF has been producing and distributing SPECIAL FLANGES made of stainless steel according to drawings, etc. for 25 years. We are among the real experts in this very specialist sector, and one of today's most well-known European providers. Almost 100% of the raw materials we use are produced in Europe. Our production range goes up to 1720 mm (classic) or 1200 mm (CNC) in outer diameter and approx. 100 mm in material thickness. All corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant materials that are standard on the market are processed. Naturally, we are certified in line with ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015 and PED2014/68/EU, and TÜV-authorised for restamping. It also goes without saying that all components produced can be verified with a workshop test according to EN10204/3.1 and 3.2 TÜV AD-W2/9. No matter whether round, oval or angular – we start with just a single piece … and we do so very quickly! Our philosophy is to support our customers and offer with the best possible collaboration. Despite our continued growth, we have remained flexible and consider what seems to be impossible as an opportunity and challenge. The history of Bogensberger goes back to 1920, when the Schmiedl trimming production company located in the Ore Mountains in Germany founded a manufacturing branch in the 12th district of Vienna. Despite having the latest machinery, traditional craftsmanship is still used to produce some products, such as powder pads and fasteners. Nor has the so-called "Schnurbahn" yet had its day. This is where special cords are produced by hand (and foot), entirely without motor power, as was the case 100 years ago. Producing hand-turned cords therefore still requires great effort.
