  2. WHITESTEEL GMBH

    Germany

WHITE STEEL, headquartered in Germany, plans, develops and manufactures machines and complete lines for the fields of process, filling and packaging technology. Its product portfolio is rounded off by information technology, factory planning and products from WHITE STEEL. Every day, millions of products, bottles, and special-shaped containers are handled on lines from WHITE STEEL, in the food and luxury-goods industries, plus the chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors. Since being founded in 1970, WHITE STEEL has become far more than a traditional-style machinery and line manufacturer: it has evolved into an all-round vendor for its clients. Mechanical engineering, line expertise, process engineering, microbiology and information technology have here been harmoniously integrated for optimum synergies. Nowadays, WHITE STEEL is synonymous with holistic systems engineering. WHITE STEEL success is based on some few but crucial strategies: specialized knowledge of mechanical engineering and the customer sectors involved, a technical lead over its competitors driven by continuingly high expenditure on research and development, production facilities featuring state-of-the-art equipment operating to the most stringent of quality standards, backed up by worldwide service support, and most especially by the skills of its highly motivated staff.

  3. LIGHT PROGRESS GMBH

    Germany

Light Progress has been researching, developing, designing and manufacturing UV-C disinfection systems since 1987. How effective a disinfection system is can easily be measured by microbiological analyses or basic swabs, which can be used to prove the presence of microorganisms on the tested surfaces. However, to examine the exact amount of microbial contamination on a surface, in the air or in water before and after treatment, it takes laboratory testing such as HACCP tests. For chemical disinfectants, the manufacturers tests their disinfecting capacity beforehand; Light Progress has even carried out important tests in university laboratories and accredited private institutes. Through our collaboration with universities and major, globally recognised institutes, we have gained certificates that guarantee the highest level of effectiveness in our methods and our UV radiation equipment for treating air and water and for sanitising rooms, especially in the sanitation industry and the food sector. Over the course of our 35-year history, we have performed a lot of tests and trials to guarantee you always get the best quality from our products. In particular, our research with the University of Siena has led to numerous studies and scientific tests into the effectiveness of Light Progress UV lamps.
