Castrofrutta based in Castrovillari is located in the centre of a land where tradition and nature have been combined for centuries, resulting in many products with unique tastes and smells. Extra virgin olive oil "Antico Monte" originates in the hills of Calabria, where centuries ago Magna Graecia was: a region of great historical and cultural importance, which over time has not only influenced the way we live and think, but also the way we produce food and the way we eat. Our oil is exclusively made from olives produced in the surrounding areas: the hills of Monte Cassano all'Ionio, surrounded by the Piana di Sibari and slowly evolving towards the Gulf of Taranto. This is the area where Roggianella is cultivated, which grows strong and luxuriant thanks to the climate and soil type for the production of the fruit that is then processed into extra virgin olive oil exclusively by cold pressing. We offer 250 ml and 500 ml bottles and 5 litre aluminium cans that can also be purchased online
