DUEX GROUP is a company based in the Netherlands that specializes in the converting and production of Biodegradable Nonwoven for Wet Wipes. We use CAC Technology to create a highly sustainable 3-layer functional wipe. CAC a new technology for Spunlace and Airlaid fabrics. The entire sustainable nonwoven material is produced in-line, while enabling hydro-embossing to increase cleansing power. The two outer layers of biodegradable carded nonwovens are for soft absorption with controlled liquid or lotion release rates. A binder-free airlaid pulp center for maximum absorption through the carded outer layers. Our unique CAC technology was designed for 100 % sustainability and maximum performance in a nonwoven substrate for wipes: 100 % sustainable raw materials. Our wipes are: Soft, does not scratch, Non-linting, no dust, not static, Strong even when wet, can be rinsed and reused, hygienic, can be sterilized, Textile-like surface and drape, Can be dyed, printed, embossed, coated and made solvent resistant. Unlike the normal papermaking process, airlaid paper does not use water as the carrying medium for the fibre. Fibres are carried and formed to the structure of paper by air.
