This is the first of many high quality, affordable home and healthcare products we will bring to UK consumers. Our lateral flow tests are UK Government Validated. The tests can be found under REF ICOV-802H/146360601 on the Government's list of approved products for COVID-19 testing. Our lateral flow tests do not require the use of nasal/throat swabs which many find uncomfortable and difficult to use. They just require a simple saliva sample, making them ideal for children, the elderly or those with conditions which make nasal or throat swabs particularly uncomfortable or distressing. With concerns over the UK market being flooded with unregulated lateral flow tests, particularly from online sellers, Omnimed has been keen to take swift action to give the UK public a safe, affordable and comfortable option that is also easy to use, in order to detect COVID-19.
