BIEGLO offers polyimide powders for various processes. The Dexnyl PI powder is available in two different particle sizes. Our Dexnyl PI Powder 100P_19 suitable for compounding and compression molding application and our Dexnyl PI Powder 260_19 is suitable for producing compression molded and direct formed parts. The range of products that can be produced from our polyimide (PI) is only limited by the processing machines. Polyimide powder can be processed by hot compression molding, direct forming, iso-static compression molding or it can be compounded with other materials as an additive. Polyimide powder is often compounded with PTFE to increase certain properties of the PTFE.

BIEGLO can offer PEEK powders in various viscosities. It can be used for a variety of applications: semi-finished product extrusion, injection molding, compounding, filament and film extrusion, coatings. Our CoPEEK 012P is a high viscous, unreinforced PEEK for extrusion and injection molding, thus it is the standard type for the production of semi-finished products. CoPEEK 021P is medium viscous, unreinforced PEEK for injection molding. But it can also be extruded for the production of films and filaments. CoPEEK 085P is low viscous, unreinforced PEEK for the extrusion of films and filaments. It is also used as the basis for compounds and composites. Our CoPEEK can be processed on machines for thermoplastics without any problems. We recommend a processing temperature of 360 °C to 380 °C. BIEGLO CoPEEK is ISO 10993 certified for medical applications and also has FDA certification.

Very clean, white talc. Due to its scaly structure and high content of fine particles, it is recommended for polypropylene car exterior parts, bumpers and dashboards. It is also used as a nucleating agent in semi-crystalline polymers

It is a finely ground white lamellar talc recommended for plastics. Recommended for use in Polypropylene car interiors where good surface appearance and high temperature resistance are important. It is also suitable for polyamide applications.

It is a very fine and pure talc specially developed for release polyolefin films. It provides very good mechanical properties of the film without compromising optical properties. This talc makes it possible to obtain highly filled compounds.

White, pure talc with a scaly structure, lamellar, finely ground. Recommended for car interior parts made of polypropylene, where good impact-resistant properties are required. It is also suitable for EPS foam applications.

Very pure talc with a high degree of whiteness and brightness. It has a high layering and very fine grinding. Recommended for polypropylene automotive exteriors, bumpers and dashboards. This talc is also used as a nucleating agent in semi-crystalline polymers

It is a very pure, white talc with a high content of fine particles, designed specifically for the nucleation of polymers. A large amount of fine particles improves the crystallization of the resin, thereby improving the flexural modulus and HDT (temperature resistance - ISO 75-1) and transparency.

Very pure talc with a high degree of whiteness. Due to its super lamellar nature and ultrafine grinding, it provides an excellent balance of stiffness and polymer toughness. It also imparts excellent scratch and abrasion resistance. Used in highly filled compounds.

Superfine talc, manufactured and developed specifically for the nucleation of polymers. The presence of a large amount of fine particles improves the crystallization of the resin, thereby greatly improving the bending modulus, HDT (temperature resistance - ISO 75-1) and transparency.

This talc is a fine powder formulated specifically for thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers and rubber. This talc allows manufacturers to significantly reduce the weight of materials and improve their rigidity at a lower density. It provides high cellular nucleation and increases cell density without compromising mechanical properties.

The modifier was developed to increase the flow behavior of highly viscous polycarbonates from post-industrial areas and is primarily used in the production of easy-flowing polycarbonate compounds on twin-screw extruders.

The package improves the homogeneity of the filler distribution, reduces degradation by friction peaks and leads to an improved surface quality and increases the thermo-oxidative stability of produced compound. We recommend to add amounts of 0.5 %.

By the addition to the most different formulations long flow paths can be realized and injected parts can be ejected faster. The use in filled or reinforced compounds improves, for example, the homogeneity of the fibre glass distribution, reduces the polyamide degradation and leads to an improved surface quality. In addition, damages by friction peaks can be avoided in sensitive formulations. We recommend to add amounts of 0.3 – 0.7 %.
