Black Glass Adhesion Promoter is a blackpigmented adhesion promoter especially for adhesion of car glass.

Merbenit IA45 is a solventfree adhesive for application in very thin layers on one or both sides and which builds up strength quickly. It provides excellent adhesion, even on difficult plastics. The adhesive allows for easy processing and offers minimal shrinkage. This product helps to avoid the risk of deformation of thin assembly parts due to heat development during the curing process. The use of adhesion promoters is often not necessary when Merbenit IA45 is used.

Our focus lies on heat-sealable adhesion promoters for thermoplastics, thermosets and vulcanization adhesion promoters for elastomers. SilQon Memo (3trimethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate), is a colorless clear liquid which has C10H20O5Si as chemical formula, is used as adhesion promoter at (in)organic interfaces or as surface modifier or as crosslinker of polymers. It is used as a coupling agent to improve the physical and electrical properties of glassreinforced and mineralfilled thermosetting resins if exposed to heat and/or moisture. It is typically employed as a blend additive in resin systems that cure via a free radical mechanism (e.g. polyester, acrylic) and in filled or reinforced thermoplastic polymers, including polyolefins and polyurethanes. It is also used to functionalize resins via radical initiated processes – copolymerization or grafting – and to modify surfaces. 3trimethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate is also known as Triethoxyoctylsilane and NOctyltriethoxysilane. Thanks to the specific reactivity of the 2aminoethylaminopropyl structure, using SilQon DAMO as an adhesion promoter in Glass – fiber reinforced or fillermodified plastics reduces the filler’s sedimentation tendency and improves dispersibility and numerous mechanical properties (e.g. flexural strength, tensile strength, modulus of elasticity) of the composites. The use of SilQon DAMO in these materials also results in a markedly improved resistance to water (vapor) and corrosion. Electrical properties, such as volume resistivity and the dielectric constant, are also positively influenced. Availability Europe SilQon Damo is on stock in our local warehouse. A wide variety of very individual construction options are made possible with Vulkollan® coated components. Connections between Vulkollan® and metal can be easily created after the metal component has been pretreated. During this pretreatment, the surface of the component is cleaned and degreased using a sandblasting process. An optimal bond is then guaranteed by applying an adhesion promoter. The metal component (e.g. steel, aluminum, cast) takes on the function of the stable supporting body. The Vulkollan® coating meets high-performance requirements in terms of wear protection, damping and noise reduction. We can back print on the magnetized side of the magnetic sheet for you to help advertise your message and increase brand awareness, the un magnetized side of the magnetic sheet can be plain, laminated with Vinyl, paper or adhesive, to make your promotional magnet different from others. Back printing is available for both sheets and rolls, for the material thickness up to 1.5mm. We offer 1- color spot printing on the back of the magnetic sheet.
