PACK POINT 08 - CASE ERECTOR Semiautomatic carton erector. It forms the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes, with operator. Operation is simple , just insert the open box in the case erector. The four bottom flaps are folded and the box is automatically locked in position for filling. A pneumatic pusher makes the expulsion of the box to a taping machine . The PACK POINT 08 when combined with a taping machine is a compact and productive semi-automatic packaging line. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

Barrel locks with return spring can be easily screwed onto doors, hatches and hoods. These locks are available in two different variants: bevelled upward or bevelled downward. The bevelled surface allows the application to be closed or opened without actuating the grip. The integrated return spring always brings the grip back to its original position. CART DRUM MOD. DE FP 450 The trolley for drums DE FP 450 allows a single operator to lift and carry in a fast and secure way metal drums with a maximum weight of 300 Kg. The cart has an automatic hook grip with height adjustment, rubber wheels, roll-back support, handle with rubber grips. Suitable for use on smooth floor. Operation: The operator must approach the trolley to the full drum by inserting the bottom of the catch hook under the rim of the drum and levering it with the foot on the bottom of the trolley, tilting it slightly to lift the drum. Thanks to the weight of the drum, the hook automatically snaps and locks the drum firmly. To unhook the drum simply place the base of the drum on the ground, pull the bottom of the trolley toward it, then disengage the bottom of the catch that automatically reopens. In the case of empty drums, the operator must manually apply a pressure on the drum to allow hook activation.
