The automatic welding machine P2 is the innovative successor of the successful P models and an efficient and manoeuvrable device for welding truck tarpaulins, tents, awning materials and advertising banners. It produces optionally 20, 30, 40 and 45 mm wide overlap welds and may also be converted for welding in welting ropes. In addition, by mounting hem welding accessories, the automatic machine can without any difficulty be used for the production of 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm and 45 mm hems. The heat output of up to 4000 W 230 V AC is infinitely variable from 20 to 700 °C for an individual adjustment to different materials. The P2 starts automatically after the weld head has been swivelled in. In addition, the infinitely variable speed adjustment of the modern generation of motors with their performance of up to 18 m/min., in conjunction with the holding down device for crease free welding, makes for an optimum welding result.

The PANDYNO FPPD vertical inserters allow to an operator to fill and seal the packs avoiding the use of preformed bags. The operator must in fact insert the product to be packaged in the magazine tube, on which a few meters of tubular film have been previously loaded. The product goes down into the tubular film up to the support surface. The operator manually closes the sealing bar by applying a slight pressure on the bar. The welding machine in a single operation carries out the welding of the package, the cutting of the film and the welding of the bottom of the next envelope. This operation takes place using an electromagnetic blocking device. By equipping the bagging machine with several loaders, it is possible to increase the productivity of the machine. To avoid waiting times it is also possible to pre-load different magazine tubes so that they can be quickly replaced once the film is finished. The standard model can be placed on a bench and comes with a charger of your choice.

The fully automatic strapping machine mod. TP 201 with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletised loads and high packages. It can be inserted in lines where the available space or the limited height of the conveyor do not allow the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, welded and cut, speeding up the strapping operations. The strapping machine, suitably modified, can be easily inserted into automatic packaging lines and can also work without an operator.

This stable work table can be used with laser sources from 300 - 900 W, which are integrated in the work table. The modular design allows the use of various optics and focal lengths, so that you can optimally carry out your tasks. The system can be operated either manually - with our instantly responding joystick - and semi-automatically or automatically with the WINLaserNC software. When welding, workpieces are moved precisely on the three axes of movement of the work table. An axis of rotation is also available. The Z axis of the table lifts workpieces up to 450 kg. The laser and motion system are conveniently operated via the control console with an intuitive touchscreen. With the AL-TW you can weld without restricting the work area. This enables the processing of large workpieces. We support you with the implementation of the laser safety measures with our laser safety concept.

The shrink tunnel, equipped with temperature adjustments, height and speed, is incorporated in order to make the machine compact and versatile, suitable for series production. The welding time is electronically set and the absence of fumes is ensured by teflon-coated blades. A clamping ring machine is a system for the automatic production of clamping rings. Schmale Maschinenbau Gmbh is one of the leading manufacturers of clamping ring machines in Europe. On our clamping ring machines, the strip material is profiled, bent and cut. Automatically closures are supplied and welded. The finished clamping ring is calibrated and stored. Via a servo-electric transfer, all processing stations are connected to each other and operated simultaneously. Thus, cycle rates of up to 28 clamping rings per minute can be realized.
