Double-row angular contact ball bearings are used in applications when heavy radial, thrust or combined loads demand axial rigidity of the shaft are required. This is similar to a duplex pair of single- row bearings due to its two rows of balls and angular-contact construction, which provide greater axial and radial rigidity than can be obtained by using a single-row radial bearing. We manufacture these ball bearings with a minimum bore diameter of 3 mm to a maximum outer diameter of 47 mm.

IKO Roller Bearings are heavy duty bearings with rollers incorporated in a double row. They are nonseparable bearings with a high load rating. They can withstand not only radial loads but axial loads as well, which are supported at the contacts between the shoulders of the inner and outer rings and the end faces of the rollers. They should be used at the fixing side of a shaft. Like needle roller bearings, they are also compact. Roller bearing types include caged, full complement and the type for sheaves, and they can be selected based on the operating conditions. These bearings are used in heavyduty machinery such as construction equipment, and industrial machines.

Franke bearing elements of type LEL are suitable for high demands on running characteristics and accuracy. Due to the hardened and CNC-ground raceway as well as the ideal geometrical adaptation of ball and raceway radius, they have outstanding bearing characteristics. Bearing elements of type LEL allow the greatest possible freedom of bearing design. The mounting space is between 5.9 mm and 20.9 mm. For special requirements, raceway thicknesses up to 20 mm and ball sizes up to 50 mm are possible.

The process is automatic cnc turning. The finish is anodizing.

Anti-Friction Plain Bearings, self-lubricating

Material Schulz Stanztechnik manufacturers these axial ball bearings using the materials suited to the specific application. For the housing, steel, brass or stainless steel are used; for rings, steel or stainless steel which is always hardened. The balls are made of chrome or stainless steel, which is also always hardened. All material combinations – depending on their conditions of use – are possible for the assembly of the individual parts. Various surface coats for the individual parts can be supplied as well as finished bearings: brass which is uncoated or nickel plated; steel and stainless steel which is uncoated, zinc plated or nickel plated. All bearings are available lubricated or unlubricated. Structure DLG100 axial ball bearings consist of sheet metal housing, two hardened rings as well as hardened precision balls. Due to their structure, we refer to them as an encapsulated, full ball design.

Roller bearings support and guide rotating or oscillating machine elements such as shafts, axles or wheels and transfer loads between machine components. In addition to the bare rolls, Imeta offers – as an optional service – the seaming rolls preassembled with their pins and bearings. Seaming rolls are then provided already set and lubricated, ready to be mounted, allowing significantly shortened machine downtimes. The assembly is carried out by our skilled technicians using all the correct tools and equipment such as the hydraulic press and the dynamometric wrench. Potentially using certain old items (pins, bottom plates, dust covers), that maybe still in good condition, it is also possible to provide partial assemblies according to the client’s needs.
