Around installation technology, cable clamps for the fastening of HF cables to telecommunication masts are our speciality. These cable clamps consist of a C frame including retaining feet (for installation on to a C-profile or flat bar) and a fastening screw with grouted thrust washer. In addition, the corresponding number of cable trays (inlays) are supplied. C frame The C frames are stamped bent parts which – depending on their size – have lateral pieces to provide rigidity and stability. The fixing screws have a uniform hexagon head. Due to the construction and material selection, after tightening, a secure hold is ensured even without a lock nut. A torque of 1.5 Nm is recommended here. Installation to flat bars is possible up to a material thickness of 9.3 mm. Inlay The cable troughs are chamfered for side installation or simple setting into the C frame. The wide overlap protects against falling through before tightening the fastening screw.

Antigron Pipe Clamps

The anchor clamp is designed to fasten and support the cable while ensuring the required tension of the cable line. The clamp consists of an open conical body, a pair of metal toothed wedges (clamping device) and a flexible hinge. All parts are interconnected and cannot be lost. The clamp is installed in pairs at the beginning, end and with an interval of 5 supports along the length of the cable line. The anchor clamp provides a significant reduction in the duration of the cable suspension process.

Especially for high-cavity PET plastic injection moulding there are various industry standards of clamp-band nozzle heaters available. Most common are the Axial Clamp-Band Heater and the Two-screw Clamp-Band Heater. Our HotCoil cable heaters with clamp band represent a highly demanded and very flexible clamping system, especially for heating larger nozzles and bushings with high power. The size-variable customizable clamp bands counteract the heating's thermal-related "lifting ambition" during heat-up and thus effectively prevent a possible critical overheating. For an even better protection all HotCoil heating elements can also be provided with an integrated thermocouple. As alternative to our standard clamping mechanism with welded clamping elements a space-saving lug clamping mechanism can be supplied.

Type 3-201 to 3-212 shaft cable clamps made of stainless steel are used to mount cables in mine shafts, and they have been designed for application in both non-methane and methane fields of underground mining facilities.
