Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an extremely versatile material which is created by bonding fine hardwood and softwood fibres with resin and compressing them under heat to the panels. Hardwearing, inexpensive and free from defects found in natural timbers such as splits or knot holes, MDF is a popular choice of material for cabinet-making, retail displays, exhibition stands, display plinths, theatrical scenery and decorative furnishings such as doors and radiator covers. MDF lends itself perfectly to CNC machining, and CNC Creations can expertly cut and create shaped, routed and grooved MDF panels up to a maximum size of 3660mm x 1525mm (12ft x 5ft). MDF can be laminated, painted, varnished or left in its raw state and accepts a wide range of fixings. CNC routed from the highest grade MR MDF, these doors are available to trade kitchen manufacturers looking for a high quality, flawless, shaker kitchen doors and bedroom manufacturers looking for the best wardrobe shaker doors. Supplied to the trade pre-finished in an unlimited range of colours, including exact colour matches for all the leading, on trend, brand’s most popular colours. We can also supply DIY customers with replacement shaker kitchen doors in either raw (ready to prime and paint) MDF, pre-primed (ready to paint) or primed and sprayed in a colour of their choice for self-installation.

Our broad range of MDF CNC routing and machining capabilities also includes the design and manufacture of bespoke, grooved MDF, panels. Available in a choice of panel thicknesses, groove widths, and depths, and pitch distance between grooves to suit your exact design requirements. Made from moisture resistant MDF these panels are ideal for painting in the paint, and colour, of your choice and are perfect for decorative feature walls, bar fronts, kitchen island panels and much more. Supplied in their machined finish the grooves will require sanding prior to painting however, we can, supply the panels pre-sanded and/or pre-primed. We have selected an offering of three “standard” V-groove panel design options, each of which, offers a unique, attractive and modern, V-groove wall panelling solution for hallways, kitchens, utility room and bathroom wall cladding. Our in-house, bespoke CNC routing capabilities also allows us to provide a customisable, truly bespoke V-groove panel service online. This service allow you to choose the depth and pitch of the groove and even the thickness of the board. Add in the options of a cut to size service and spray finishing (upon request) in a wide range of colours and, we believe. you will have the most beautiful, and unique, V-grooved panels in the UK.

A genuinely high quality Gloss White Melamine Faced MDF Board that is suitable for a wide range of commercial and DIY projects. This stunning, ultra smooth, perfectly flat, board is available cut to size and can be supplied with a colour matched 1mm, colour matched, white gloss, ABS edging. High Gloss White Furniture Board Our high quality, High Gloss White Furniture Board is produced on an MDF core to ensure a perfectly flat, ripple free, finish. The other benefit of its MDF core is that it cuts cleaner than its Chipboard alternative and a stronger bond when edged. For each of the reasons mentioned above, our board of choice is Kronospan Mirror Gloss. We believe we offer the widest range of Tongue and Groove Panelling and Cladding options available, cut to size, online. Our “standard” pitch (the distance from the bottom of one groove to the next) options include 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and even a variable, random pitch option. If that does not suit your particular project, we can also provide bespoke, custom width, Tongue and Groove Cladding to suit your exact needs. Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). Flexible MDF, or bendy MDF, as it is also known, is an MDF panel that is grooved on the rear which allows it to bend, with minimal distortion, around existing curved surfaces or curved formers. Commercially, it is popular with architects and exhibition stand designers to create curved walls, bespoke reception desks, counter fronts and retail display furniture. Domestically, it can be used for curved home bar units, curved kitchen islands, custom built TV/HiFi furniture, and other features and furniture elements around the home. Flexible MDF comes in to two thicknesses, 6mm and 9mm. Two sheets can be glued together to provide extra rigidity and increase impact resistance.
