BIEGLO offers high temperature resistant and flame retardant fibers. The application is similiar to meta-aramid, but PI fibers have its own advantages. The long-term service temperature is 260℃. The decomposition temperature is 560℃. The LOI is 38%, it means it is non-flameble fiber. The Dexnyl Polyimide fibers are applicable in many products, but they are used best in niche-applications with extreme standards for the material: 1- FR Protective clothing: e.g. military fligth clothing, flame resistand underwear, firefighter uniform etc. 2- High temperature filtration and industrial insulation: e.g. dedusting filtration for cement factories, steel or powder plants, air filtration for painting area operated at more than 300°C . 3- Composite material: taking advantage of insulation, flame retardance and high emperature resistance, chopped fiber can be used as reinforced material.

The best solution for tertiary filtration: high solid removal yields, minimum water and energy consumption. The PPC – PPC VM (VM = metal tank) series was developed for plants with medium-large potential. For filters in this range, cloth washing is done with two pumps only (of which one backup pump) which serveall the discs. The selection of discs on which to conduct the backwash (in sequence) is carried out by using double-acting valves with pneumatic control. The largest standard model in this series has a filtering surface of 160 m2 that can process a load equal to a community of approximately 50.000 PE. A singular feature of this series is the low energy consumption, even more noticeable with the increasing plant potential. - Gravity filtration with limited head loss. - Continuous filtration without standby units for the backwash phases. - Cloth filter in polstoff free fibre provided with high mechanical strength.

A suitable and customised ultrasonic machine had to be built to effectively clean customer specific parts of all parameters for each basket. In addition, an automatic system for loading and unloading the baskets from start to finish and a data collection system for all basket parameters. Our solution consisted of an ultrasonic machine with 8 stages, each equipped with a specialised solution for each stage of the cleaning process. The entire process automated with a robot to ensure that process deadlines are met. An electrical panel with a touch screen to control and monitor the installation. We provided to the customer included a specially designed area for the loading and unloading of the baskets. In addition, a basket presence detectors were installed to allow constant monitoring during loading and unloading. We also developed a water purification and filtration plant to produce and maintain the water quality required by the customer throughout the cleaning process.

At the production of dyes, e.g. azo dyes, optical brightening agents (OBA) and so on, nano filtration plants are used for retention of pigments and elution of the present neutral salts (Na+Cl-). At the first production step, the content of sodium chloride will be reduced by dia filtration and addition of deionized water until the required salinity of permeate is reached. Coating colour recycling at paper and cardboard industries During the production of coated paper, it has to be cleaned with water and so, waste water results with pigments of the coating color. Because of their properties, exisiting precipitation plants are working hard on these types of waste waters. Alternatively to precipitation plants, membrane filtration technologies can be used to recover these high-value coating pigments. For that, the water with coating color pigments is circulated through the membrane plant until the required concentration is reached. The permeate is free of particles the CSB value is reduced significantly. It can know be handled by the precipitation plant, which is relief by the removing of the pigments. The concentrate with coating color pigments will be recirculated into the production process.
