During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Short loading and unloading times permit economical production of medium-sized and large series.

The very special requirements of our customers have made us absolute specialists in the manufacturing of cylinders and calenders. Using the latest CNC automatic lathes and grinding machines along with tried and tested conventional lathes (10.000 mm bed length, 800 mm diameter) we are able to quickly and precisely manufacture the following types of cylinders for you: Solid steel cylinders Pipe cylinders Cylinders with double jacket system Cylinders with double jacket and spiral baffle Cylinders with peripheral holes Cylinders with TÜV seal

We manufacture turned parts such as threaded bushings and nuts for mechanical engineering, power plant technology and for furniture technology. The treatment of the turned parts takes place on our CNC turning machines, conventional lathes, 6-spindle multispindles or automatic lathes. Threaded bushings and thread nuts are usually supplied as a system with matching stems (spindles).

Standoffs, also called distance bolts, are used to hold or fix components such as electronic circuit boards apart. Standoffs are mainly manufactured from hexagonal bars to simplify assembly. There is no specific industry standard for standoffs. ETTINGER produces standoffs using cam-controlled automatic lathes and CNC lathes. We count prestigious large corporations and their suppliers among our customers as well as medium-sized and small manufacturers across the whole of Europe.
