Franke FDH linear guides are suitable for linear movement tasks, especially in dynamic pick-&-place applications. In the case of cassettes for screwing from below, the existing mounting holes are reworked so that screwing from below is possible. Please note any deviating positions of the holes and screw connection sizes.

The stop screws are screwed into the thread (option) of the guide rails. An attached rubber cap dampens the stop. For rail lengths with initial hole dimensions below L11 min. we deliver the drilling pattern offset by half a drilling jump.

For optimal functioning of the wipers, the holes in the guide rails should be closed with plastic covers, which are included with every delivery. As a replacement, you can also order them individually.

Franke bearing asseblies type LVD are ready to install bearing assemblies with external gear, steel housing rings and integrated bearing elements. Franke bearing assemblies type LVD are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They can be supplied at short notice, in some cases even from stock. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The bearing elements are sealed on both sides and adjusted to preload.
