Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

The preeflow® eco-DUO is a rotating, absolutely pressure-tight displacement system consisting of a self-sealing rotor and stator. The controlled rotary movement of the rotor generates the flow by displacing the medium in the stator. Pumping without changing the medium is guaranteed. As the material can also be conveyed backwards, preeflow® guarantees a clean, controlled material or medium tear-off without dripping. The systems of the VEE model series are ideally suited for labelling medium-sized containers such as buckets, paint cans and canisters in all industries such as food, chemicals, paints and varnishes - regardless of whether these are oval, round or rectangular plastic or metal containers. Depending on the customer's requirements, the products can be aligned before the labelling process, and any plastic or metal handles can be brought into the position required for labelling. Optionally, the labelling system can be expanded to include additional labelling stations for applying a lid label, if required.

The piping system consists of high-quality NiroSan® SF press fittings with red moulded sealing rings made of FKM and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. Specially made for all applications that require silicone free components. Silicone-free moulded sealing rings are ideally suited to applications such as varnishing and painting industries. All NiroSan® SF press fittings are made of the material 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for moulded fittings) and 1.4408 (for threaded fittings and stainless steel precision castings). The material contains a minimum of 2.3 % molybdenum and a lower carbon content than the conventional steel quality 316. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance.  Certified in accordance with all relevant national and European certification bodies.

All our paint protection hoods are characterised by the same high quality features: The temperature resistance ranges between 70 °C and 160 °C depending on the drying conditions of the paint and the product range.
