WASTE TO ENERGY INDUSTRY BIOGAS FROM ANAEROBIC WASTE WATER TREATMENT AND WASTE FERMENTATION PLANTS. Due to their technical characteristics and profitability, Lipp tank and system solutions are used in a variety of industrial biogas plants. Two areas of application can be distinguished, which in many cases also follow both objectives. APPROPRIATE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY, SUITABLE CONTAINER TECHNOLOGY AND THE RIGHT DIMENSIONSFirst, the anaerobic treatment of various industrial waste waters, such as in food production, biofuels or similar. The main objective here is the anaerobic pretreatment of highly contaminated but easily degradable waste water to reduce the COD load before it can go to the next stage of aerobic waste water treatment. The challenge is that in spite of the low DM content, a high degree of degradation is achieved by biomass retention or return and at the same time, biogas is produced. The sample drill for stalk material is a sampler especially for hay, silage, straw, herbs, bushes or other stalky plant dry material where other drills quickly get tangled. The special geometry of the drill tip cuts effectively and quickly into different stalky materials. The hay and silage sample drill takes samples quickly, cleanly and easily from a silo or bale. Sampling with mechanical assistance from a drill or powerful cordless screwdriver allows the sample to be taken effortlessly with little manual effort. The sample drill can be used flexibly both horizontally (sampling from the side) and vertically (sampling from above). The robust and durable tube drill is completely made of stainless steel 1.4404/1.4034 (316L/420) or aluminium/stainless steel 1.4034 (420). The practical ejector helps to empty the sample from the sample drill.

ELKON Concrete Recycling Plant consists of a concrete discharge bin equipped with a shower system for washing waste concrete, a recycling unit separating coarse aggregates from the mixture and a pool where waste water discharges into. There is also an agitator which prevents the cement particles from sinking in the pool where the recycled water is stored. The pool where waste water is stored can be made from concrete underground or optionally 20 m³ capacity on ground water tank can be supplied. Thus the system can be installed on the ground level without any underground foundation. With optionally presented mobile concrete pump washing station, truck mixer and mobile concrete pump can be washed at the same time in ELKON Concrete Recycling Plant.

Being produced in ELKON’s latest tech production facilities, stationary continuous mixing plants (pugmills) are mainly used for subbase (stabilization) material with / without cement production and RCC concrete for dam or road pavement projects. Equipped with 5000/2500 l. capacity ELKON continuous twinshaft mixer, there two models of pugmill plants, 300 tons/h and 500 tons/h capacity. In this mixing plants, thanks to aggregate bins equipped with dosing belts, it’s possible to adjust material flow rate by means of frequency inverters. Cement flow rate can also be precisely adjusted by a screw equipped with frequency inverter whilst the water flow by a proportional valve. All materials are mixed passing through ELKON C200 mixer continuously according to the recipe and flow speed.
