The MicroSENS 180-HS is an NDIR sensor for measuring 5 vol.-% CO2 in cell incubators. So our diffusion sensor is indispensable for controlling ideal cell and tissue growth. The sensor head is placed in the incubation chamber to measure the gas concentration in the cell culture environment. Based on IR absorption of the gas molecules the sensor determines the concentration of CO2. Our CO2 gas sensor convinces with a high reliability and a long lifetime thanks to its specifically developed dual-beam IR method without drift and susceptibility to interference. Decontaminate the CO2 diffusion sensor in an easy, effective and reliable way by heat sterilization at typ. 180 °C. Thanks to the digital and analogue interfaces, the sensor is easy to integrate. Find all technical information in our data sheet. Benefit from precise and reliable measurement of CO2, easy handling and minimal maintenance costs.

In order to ensure that castings, valves, pumps, hoses and other components or groups have been manufactured free of leakage, they are tested in non-destructive leakage tests. Oxygen, air, nitrogen or sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) can be used as the test medium.

2 channel premium thermopile detector for IR gas analysis of nitric oxide (NO) with a CWL of 5300 ± 30 nm and a HBW of 200 ± 20 nm. Application areas of such measurement applications are mainly in the industrial gas measurement of process gases or exhaust gases. The particularly high detectivity of up to 6.27*10^8 cmHz^1/2/W, as well as the very high sensitivity of up to 171 V/W, provide a signal quality comparable to pyroelectric detectors. The integrated thermistor for reference temperature determination, an interference absorber and an additional reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm) optimize the measurement results of the dual IR detector. Storage and operation can be performed between -20 and 85 °C. Two sensor chips with 200 bismuth antimony/antimony thermopiles each form the core for the 2 channel thermopile MTS2SENS200 nitrogen monoxide. Due to its high-end materials, the thermopile is particularly durable and delivers precise measurement results.

The pyroelectric detector with 2 channels is precisely made for measuring halothane (C2HBrClF3). With a CWL of 7665 ± 77 nm and a HBW of 242 ± 40 nm, the narrow-band filter combined with a reference channel (CWL: 5060 ± 25, HBW: 100 ± 15 nm) ensures precise results. Its signal strength is exceptional in the range of pyroelectric detectors: High detectivity up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and high sensitivity up to 200000 V/W. The MPS2SENS halothane provides reliable detections in environments between -20 and 85 °C, e.g. for anesthetic gas monitoring. The detector features two chips with a thin film membrane made of ceramic pyroelectric material. The high read-out rate up to 100 Hz as well as the short response time ensure precise and fast measurement results for NDIR gas analysis. The low microphone effect, the low temperature dependence as well as the amplified signal in current mode are further important product features for long-term use in demanding medical applications.

The high detectivity up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W as well as the high sensitivity up to 200000 V/W characterize the MPS2SENS flourane. The optical characteristics of the infrared filter windows perfectly suit the analysis of flouranes (CWL of 8620 ± 45 nm, HBW of 540 ± 45 nm, reference channel with CWL: 5060 ± 25, HBW: 100 ± 15 nm). The MPS2SENS sulfur dioxide provides reliable readings in environments between -20 and 85 °C for NDIR gas measurement in medical applications, e.g. anesthetic gas monitoring. The pyroelectric detector has 2 chips with a thin film CPM membrane in the core. (CPM: Ceramic Pyroelectrical Material). Other key product features for long-term use in demanding applications: wide spectral sensitivity 2 - 15 µm (optimized from 3 - 5 µm), high sensitivity with a modulation frequency of up to 100 Hz, low microphone effect due to the low membrane mass, very low temperature dependence, amplified signal in current mode.

The NDIR bundle industrial gases consists of optimally matched thin-film infrared emitters and various IR thermopile detectors for gas analysis in industrial applications. The set includes ten components for commonly measured gases such as CO2, CO, hydrocarbons, nitrogen compounds and alcohols: four JSIR 350 series IR emitters in various TO packages and six matched thermopile IR detectors with two or four channels of the MTS 200 series. In the development project, the NDIR bundle supports several goals: short-term delivery of IR components without minimum order, evaluation of components or testing of different components in the measurement system. Fast test results in development help to gain a decisive advantage on the way to market maturity of the series product. Micro-Hybrid is the only supplier worldwide to produce both IR components for gas analysis - practically and quickly available in one box.
