Our Exchange Program allows the clients not to interrupt production while we prepare an overhauled machine. All overhauled machines are sold with a oneyear guarantee and an integrated user manual. They meet the requirements of the CE Standard and/or other standards the Client may require. Depending on the model, the following features can be upgraded with various optional extras. FPXBAG-NEW is an innovative semiautomatic vertical packaging machine which combines different existing technologies with unique innovations. FPXBAG-NEW is an easy to use, economical and functional form-fill-seal machine which creates 3 hermetic sealing bags starting from a plain foil roll. Compared to the other vertical machines, FPXBAG-NEW has an innovative system of forming box which allows to get a fast format change. This systems reduces the machine shot-down and we gain in productivity. Moreover the two clamps of the horizontal sealing allow to keep the forming bag in position reducing the any break possibility. The key factor of the FPXBAG-NEW is the versatility of the machine which can seal any kind of film, this thanks to the incomparable sealing system. The machine is supplied with 1 forming tube type 200 (suitable for making bags with a width of 185 mm). On request it is possible to have forming tubes with different sizes, type 200 and type 250.

CJS 25 HI is an electronic dosing device with load cells for semi-automatic filling of bags with max weight 25 kg. Hopper capacity 300 l, bags weight 2-25 kg. The machine is suitable for the automatic dosage of granular products with a good flowability. The dispenser is mainly formed by a welded and painted tubular steel, stainless steel, loading hopper with pneumatic closing, fast discharge channel, slow discharge channel with vibrator to achieve the exact weight, weighing hopper installed on load cells, pneumatic device for locking the empty bag, PLC operator interface and user-friendly keyboard. The dispenser can be combined with a motorized conveyor for automatic loading of the product and to a free or motorized conveyor for unloading the full bag, it can also be combinated with an automatic packaging machine. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Ideal for packaging of pellets, granulated foods, dried pasta (short), cereals, coffee, nuts, sugar, etc.

SERIES ELECTRONIC DOSERS EWM entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for packing granular products in preformed bags. The standard weighing range varies from 10 to 3000 grams and from 200 to 5000 grams. It is also possible to reduce the minimum weight by decreasing the weighing speed but the doser could lose precision. Before making the purchase, we invite customers to check that the AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for contact with their specific product. For corrosive products (for example SEA SALT) a special protection is available which is achieved by means of specific food-grade paint. This treatment must be requested before purchase and takes at least 10 days to make. The treatment (optional) is subject to wear and if it is damaged (for example the treatment takes a hit or is scratched off) it must be repeated. With salt, if no treatment is required, the steel could oxidize even if it is INOX.

Operation: The vacuum draws the product from the storage tank into the bottle without any contact between the product and other mechanical components of the machine. Ultrafill-2 Model: from 200 to 400 bottles per hour. Ultrafill-4 Model: from 400 to 600 bottles per hour.
