BIEGLO can offer PEEK powders in various viscosities. It can be used for a variety of applications: semi-finished product extrusion, injection molding, compounding, filament and film extrusion, coatings. Our CoPEEK 012P is a high viscous, unreinforced PEEK for extrusion and injection molding, thus it is the standard type for the production of semi-finished products. CoPEEK 021P is medium viscous, unreinforced PEEK for injection molding. But it can also be extruded for the production of films and filaments. CoPEEK 085P is low viscous, unreinforced PEEK for the extrusion of films and filaments. It is also used as the basis for compounds and composites. Our CoPEEK can be processed on machines for thermoplastics without any problems. We recommend a processing temperature of 360 °C to 380 °C. BIEGLO CoPEEK is ISO 10993 certified for medical applications and also has FDA certification.

Six modern CNC machines with up to five axes can machine components 6,140 mm long, 1,900 mm wide and up to 500 mm high. As such, we are able to design and manufacture the necessary parts inhouse. Subsequent processing steps such as gluing, painting and assembling addon components are an integral part of what we do.

With our modern lathes and milling machines we can process thermoplastics according to the highest quality standards. We are using 3-axis as well as 5-axis milling machines. Example for our processing options: 3-axis machining up to a thickness of 80 mm and 1500 x 1000 mm format 5-axis machining up to a thickness of 700 mm and 2500 x 3000 mm format We manufacture according to provided drawings and CAD-data. Our programming stations are equipped with the latest CAD-CAM systems. Direct communication between job preparation and CNC work ensure a smooth process.

Injection molding - plastic molding technique consisting in injecting plasticized material into the mold, in which it solidifies (solidifies) in the so-called a molding (fitting). Injection molding (shortly: injection) is a cyclical process of processing plastics in the form of granules. There is also a variation of injection molding in which not the finished granulate is used, but a prepolymer and an agent causing it to polymerize during the molding process. This type of injection is called reactive injection molding. The injection molding process is carried out in special devices called injection molding machines. Injection is used to mold thermoplastics or thermosets.

The main characteristic of the machine is possessing the PLC control. In the machine are used Siemens products. The operator panel of the PLC appliance is touchscreen what makes the usage of the machine quite comfortable. Heating controls are connected to the PLC device. Injection settings are set from the PLC. A pushing system is available in order to take off the soles from the mold. In the mold rotaion system a fully tumble and half tumble system is available. For each machine's administration, has been placed either hydraulic central or electrical central and the maintenance is done by the easily accessible centrals. Due to the technical characteristics the usage of other machines' molds is possible.
