This wine represents the signature of Château Brande Bergère, a reflection of our terroir and the work carried out in the vines and in the cellars. Deep red in color, well structured, round, and very elegant. It is bottled in 75cl bottles only

Prestige Cuvée bearing the name of the Irish priest, the founder of Brande Shepherdess in the eighteenth century, it is made of the assembly of the best grapes, and raised in French oak casks. Château Brande-Shepherdess is ranked No. 1 of all Bordeaux and Bordeaux superiors by the Revue du Vin de France (RVF) for the vintage 2013. It is put in bottles of 75cl, Magnum (1.5 L), and double Magnum (3l).

This wine is clear, shiny, ruby red with cherry highlights. The varietal aromas of the Merlot express themselves with notes of red currants and black cherries. The attack is frank, the morello cherry and the vanilla accompanies a licorice and ample final. Tannins are soft.

The "Falchini Brut" is a Classic Method Millesimato Spumante produced with a careful selection of the best Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chardonnay grapes from its own vineyards in Casale, together with a small part of other white grapes. In the cellars of Casale di Falchini, once the first fermentation has been completed in steel vats at a controlled temperature, and after a short period of time spent in French oak barrels, the wine is assembled and then bottled for the second natural fermentation in the bottle, typical of the Classic Method, which takes place over a period of many months (minimum 24 months) to complete the refinement of the real Spumante, which the French call "Champagne".

Floors: Limestone Gold medal by Gilbert et Gaillard Vinification: Destemmed harvest, long maceration in stainless steel vats, then matured in French oak barrels. Brilliant garnet-red colour Intense, rich nose of toast, vanilla and liquorice with hints of liquorice and ripe fruit such as prunes. On the palate, the tannins are silky and well mellow.

Château Montana - Côtes du Roussillon L'Astre Red Côtes du Roussillon Villages Les Aspres Destemmed harvest, carbonic maceration carbonic maceration for the Carignans, cold pre-fermentation for the 2 other in temperature-controlled vats. Tasting notes Intense ruby colour with purple purple highlights. Powerful, complex nose with hints of liquorice notes of liquorice, spices and black fruit. Round and full on the palate. Food and wine pairing Roast shoulder of lamb, Roast Camembert.

Grape variety: Macabeu - Muscat Côtes Catalanes Gold medal by Gilbert et Gaillard Soil: Clay-limestone Vinification: Direct pressing, static settling and fermentation in 14" / 16" stainless steel vats for 15 to 20 days, then matured on fine lees until bottling. Tasting notes Brilliant pale yellow colour, The nose offers aromas of fresh fruit, citrus and exotic fruits, as well as pretty floral notes. Lively and fresh on the palate, the typical Muscat character dominates the finish.
