We offer internal railings and external railings. Gal Industrial railings are intended for installation on balconies, staircases, mezzanines, terraces and loggias. Each structure meets safety standards and is made to individual customer orders, thanks to which it is ideally suited to the final assembly site. The choice of railing should depend on the style of the building and the place of installation. In the case of monuments and buildings of the old date, it is worth considering choosing a metal railing, the appearance of which can be adapted to the facade or a replica of a damaged or no longer existing railing (e.g. based on photos and preserved documentation). Stainless steel and glass railings are eagerly installed in modern and modernized buildings. Their huge advantages are the minimalistic look and versatility.

GRP railings meet requirements for high mechanical stability and are also resistant to many chemicals and corrosion. They do not conduct electricity and are easy to assemble. Our GRP railings meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14122. We can provide testable static analysis for your GRP railings from an independent engineering firm. If your GRP railings require a more complicated design, we can also provide a finite element calculation to verify their operational capability.

Compact Rail is a linear system consisting of steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways and high precision radial ball bearing sliders, also made of hardened steel. Thanks to their self-aligning capabilities, Compact Rail linear guides simplify the project, improve the performance and reduce the overall cost of application. Compact Rail linear guides are easy to install on all types of surfaces, including non-machined ones. Compact Rail linear guides feature a robust steel slider with ball bearings, self-centering heads with wipers, longitudinal seals to protect the internal components and a top sealing strip. The slider body is accurately finished with matte longitudinal edge chamfer and a shining ground flat surface. The slider heads are equipped with special slow release felt pads and are free to rotate with respect to the slider body, so that the felts are always in contact with the raceways to ensure optimal lubrication.

A fuel injection systems manufacturer used two steel brackets to clamp the fuel rail to the top of the engine. The customer was looking at changing these brackets to plastic to reduce costs. In order to prevent deformation of the plastic bracket during the tightening of the bolt, a Compression Limiter was required. The customer originally investigated the use of a machined Compression Limiter, but the savings from changing the metal bracket to plastic would have been lost considering the high price of the machined Limiter. The customer approached SPIROL to help provide a lower cost solution for the Compression Limiter. SPIROL recommended the use of a standard CL200 Compression Limiter based on the rated proof load of the bolt used in the assembly. This roll-formed Compression Limiter is a fraction of the cost of a machined Compression Limiter. In addition, the flexibility of the roll formed Limiter enabled the customer to widen their hole tolerances further reducing assembly costs.

Profile guide rails can be screwed on from above. The profile guide rails are available in four sizes and one or more carriages can be assembled on them. 4row versions with round arch profile. The tracks of the profile guide rails are set below an angle of 45° and thus can carry loads from all directions. The profile guide rails correspond to the market standard and can replace linear guides of the same design by other manufacturers. On request Lengths up to a max. 3960 mm.

The system runs with low noise even under heavy loads. There is play between the screw and the fastening hole to allow the rail to be aligned during installation. To achieve the desired running properties there must always be a film of lubricant between track and roller, this also provides corrosion protection for the ground tracks.
