Bent wire parts represent a separate part of our production range. Bent parts differ from springs such as extension springs, compression springs and wave springs in terms of how they are produced. This type of spring is not only processed with automated machinery, but also involves a considerable amount of special handling, which we perform using our range of state-of-the-art equipment. Precision production with our high-tech machinery: Our range of machinery with an in-house toolmaking workshop enables three-dimensional bent parts to be produced with a wide variety of forms and with specialised finishes applied to the ends. Our range of machining processes includes: Bevelling, embossing, thread cutting, thread rolling, turning and milling. For bent wire parts, both CNC bending and mould-based bending are possible as production solutions.We process wire thicknesses of 0.20 to 8.00mm.Tool-based: 0.50 to 8.00 mm. Spring isolators can be used for source and sender vibration isolation. The springs are manufactured of a special spring steel wire and KTL coated. Every spring isolator can be provided with an additional damping cushion of stainless-steel. Elemente with a frequency range between 3-4 Hz can be provided with a viscous damping, too. Spring isolators with a natural frequency range of 3-5 or 4-6 Hz are especially made for higher forces. They can be expanded in size and load-capacity without any difficulty. Generally, helical compression springs are made from circular spring-steel wires. The first and last windings are connected to the next one and usually ground with a diameter of 0.4 mm or more. Normally, the pitch (distance between the coils) and thus the spring characteristics are constant. Customised production to your specifications: We work very closely with you when it comes to producing torsion springs. Torsion springs are produced in accordance with your specifications based on drawings, prototypes or sketches. We manage the development process of the spring until it is ready for serial production. We produce torsion springs with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm, with or without torque testing. Wire coatings: Galvanised, ZnAl-plated, Red-coated, Nickel-plated, Polished nickel, Phosphated, Brass-plated,Silver-plated.

Production to order – also with special-purpose materials as required: We only produce in accordance with customer specifications. Compression springs can assume a wide variety of designs and forms. Our production facilities include compression springs with wire thicknesses in the range of 0.30 to 3.00 mm with abraded ends and in the range of 0.10 to 4.00 mm with unabraded ends. Even extremely strict tolerances regarding length and strength are adhered to in our compression spring production facility.
