The dimensions and power correspond to the values of a standard motor, but have been modified to allow braking applications. The disc brake is supplied with direct or three-phase alternating current by a rectifier located in the motor terminal block. Our solution is always a parking brake. The swivel motors with attached hydraulically released spring-applied multi-disc brake are recommended if a swivel position must remain unchanged once it has been reached – even over an unlimited period of time – despite the effect of a load torque. The brake is used solely to hold the load. It should only be noted that large transmission delays in the lines can cause time differences between the switching off of the swivel motor and the application of the released brake caused by spring force. In order to provide our customers with the right drive for all areas of application, the HSB swivel motor is available in a total of 5 different versions. The swivel motors of the HSE series also fulfill the function of end position damping with or without adjustable swivel angle limitation. This refers to braking, the deceleration of the swivel movement to a standstill. For damping, the cross-section of the bore for the outflowing medium is continuously reduced, thus hydraulically slowing down the moving masses. The end position is reached when the hole is completely closed and the medium can no longer flow out. In order to provide our customers with the right drive for all areas of application, the HSE swivel motor is available in a total of 6 different versions. The completely equipped electrical cylinder unit includes the motor transmission unit, along with the motor brake, two-channel Hall-IC sensor and two end-limit switches. All connection lines run directly out of the unit to make configuration and initial start-up easier, particularly for PLC operation. The fixation of the electric cylinder connections is compatible with commercial pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.

The bucket elevator is used for the vertical transportation of grains and powdered materials. This transportation is realized by the means of a belt with buckets. The bucket elevator consists of the top part, bottom part and elevator pipes. It is driven by a directly connected gear motor equipped with an electromagnetic brake. In case of a power failure or any breakdowns, the electromagnetic brake prevents the bucket elevator from rotating backwards and therefore damaging itself or the buckets. At the bottom cover, there is a pulley without drive and a tensioning mechanism. The speed guard installed at the bottom pulley informs the operator when the belt brakes.

The rail is supported by a steel horse structure, connected to the central body by radial longeron and tie rods. The whole metal structure is hot-dip galvanised. Twelve cars run along the rail, connected to a central rotor by radial arms (sweeps). The foot-boards approaching the cars consists of an aluminium tread plate. All electric and pneumatic equipment is fitted inside the central body, on which the central rotor is fixed.
