The IKO Linear Way U is a linear motion rolling guide with a structure containing a raceway inside the Usection track rail and a slide unit in its interior. With the Ushaped track rail, rigidity against the track rail moment load and torsion is significantly improved. Therefore, it is possible to not only fix the track rail to the mounting base as conventionally done, but to use the track rail as a structure beam, such as a cantilever or doubleended support in machines and equipment.

IKO Shell Type Needle Roller Bearings are lightweight bearings with large load ratings. They employ a shell type outer ring made from a thin specialsteel plate which is accurately drawn, carburized and quenched, thus providing the lowest sectional height among the Needle Roller Bearings. In IKO Needle Roller Bearings with Separable Cage, the inner ring, outer ring and IKO needle roller cage are combined, but they can be separated easily. Since the stud is eccentric, it can be aligned by rotation, and can be easily adjusted so that the load distribution on the outer surface of the outer ring is uniform.
