The glue dosing system is a simple and reliable system that allows the application of a certain amount of glue on boxes, cartons, trays, etc. The expulsion of the glue is controlled by an electro-pneumatic valve, controlled by the operator with a pedal or button. Depending on the application, our customers can choose from a range of drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation. However, the units are ready for use on the base frame on which they are delivered. KAMAT diesel-powered units are traditionally used in industrial cleaning and pressure testing, mining and water hydraulics, but special solutions for special fluids or to meet explosion protection requirements are also part of the KAMAT range. It makes no difference whether the customer requires a mobile or stationary unit.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

The best solution for tertiary filtration: high solid removal yields, minimum water and energy consumption. The PPC – PPC VM (VM = metal tank) series was developed for plants with medium-large potential. For filters in this range, cloth washing is done with two pumps only (of which one backup pump) which serveall the discs. The selection of discs on which to conduct the backwash (in sequence) is carried out by using double-acting valves with pneumatic control. The largest standard model in this series has a filtering surface of 160 m2 that can process a load equal to a community of approximately 50.000 PE.
