Vigour of Conference is medium to high and has a stronger branching habit. Flowering is mid-late, with an inclination to mid-season flowering varieties. It bears fruit early (in its third year and yields are excellent every year). Works very well with quince as a rootstock. It is a good pollinator for other varieties. POLLINATORS: Self-fertile. FRUIT APPEARANCE: Elegant, long, bottle shape outline. Skin is thin and glossy, sprayed with spots. The light-green base color, with an overlay of yellow-green shades. Redhaven is a heavy bearer, easy to grow, and maintain. This variety has a moderate growth rate and a pyramidal growth habit with medium vigour. Branches grow in a spreading manner. Flowering mid-early. A resilient variety that gives regular and very abundant yields. Ideally positioned in full sun. POLLINATORS: Self-fertile. Nectarine (Prunus persica var. Nectarine L.) is a subspecies of the peach with the main difference of smooth surface. Nectarines have great characteristics keeping freshness for longer, they are easily stored and have a longer life. Nectarines have a significant quantity of vitamins A and C, niacin, and fibers which have a beneficial effect on the health of the skin and nervous system. Nectarines are an excellent source of carotene, potassium, flavonoids, natural sugars, lycopene, and lutein particularly useful in maintaining good health. Very suitable for fresh consumption and this makes it a very interesting fruit tree for commercial cultivation.

This cherry can be used as a pollinator for sweet cherry varieties. FRUIT APPEARANCE: Rounded to flat rounded in shape, with an intense, deep, dark red color. Thin glossy covering skin. Dark red flesh, juicy, medium-firm, with a pleasant aroma, tastes sour with a possible sweet note. Rich in soluble dry matter, sugar, acid, and vitamins. The juice made from Oblacinska sour cherry has an intense red color.

Sour Cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) is a woody plant and belongs to the family Rosaceae, genus Prunus. Sour cherries are in high demand for fresh consumption, but they are also very appreciated in industrial processing in the production of juices, jams, compotes, and as a frozen product. It is believed that cherries originating in Asia Minor, and brought to Greece. According to its nutritional composition, cherries are especially rich in vitamin C and B, and potassium. Thanks to the plant pigment anthocyanin, a strong antioxidant, cherries are very important in maintaining good health. Tree of Butirra variety is medium vigorous to vigorous and flowers mid-early season with a slight inclination to early blooming varieties. A very fertile pear variety that gives yields early in its life cycle and gives substantial yields every year. Diploid variety, and is a good pollinator. POLLINATORS: Santa Maria, Williams. FRUIT APPEARANCE: Skin is smooth, thin and glossy, yellow-green color in base covered in bright red blush on the sunny side. Above that skin is speckled with small and slightly distinct dots. The flesh of Butirra pear is firm, whitish and juicy, sweet-sour in taste, and a very pleasant aroma. FRUIT SIZE: Medium-large to large

The tree is strong and vigorous, with a semi-upright, fast-growing habit. It is flowering mid-early and yields are excellent. It prefers late and mild thinning and works best on rich soils. POLLINATORS: Williams, Abate Fetel, Butirra. FRUIT APPEARANCE: Shape is conical. The skin is lemon-yellow in color with red shades on the side that gets more sun. The flesh of Santa Maria is white in color, mildly juicy, soluble, with a less accentuated scent and a characteristic aroma. During the maturation in the cold storage, the skin color changes slowly to yellow. It can be stored for a long period of time. FRUIT SIZE: Medium-large to large. HARVEST: Early. Middle to late July. COMMERCIAL USE: Stabile variety on the market as it is specific because of its fine taste and is not too juicy. High productivity and early harvests. Pears (Pyrus communis L.) represents a genus of plants from the family Rosaceae, also related to apple and quince. Because of its delicious fruits, it is cultivated for more than 4000 years and more than 1000 varieties are known up to now. Fresh fruits contain up to 20% of dry matter, 9-15% of sugars, organic acids, cellulose, a significant amount of tannin and pectin, as well as numerous minerals, vitamins, and micro-elements. In addition to consumption as a fresh product, the pear is used in the processing industry for juice, jams, compotes, and others. In our nursery, we are producing high-quality pear fruit trees for professional orchards, but also for the hobby market.

Vigour of this variety is medium to strong, and branches follow a spreading and ramified growth structure. It flowers mid-season around 5 days before Golden Delicious. A spur bearer. POLLINATORS: A triploid variety, it is not suitable as a pollinator. Basically any diploid variety with the same blossom date will be a good pollinator like: Gala, Granny Smith, Idared. FRUIT APPEARANCE: Conic in shape, it has weak or no ribbing on the surface. Intensely medium-dark to dark red in color on the whole of the fruit. The flesh is firm but creamy in texture, juicy, sweetsour in taste. FRUIT SIZE: Medium to large in diameter. HARVEST: Early October. Jonaprince is an excellent and reliable yielder.

Growing habit is medium to strong, it has firm and robust branches, spreading growth. Produces early and regular, it is advised to be sufficiently thinned. It is flowering mid-season to late, just after Golden Delicious. POLLINATORS: Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Gala FRUIT APPEARANCE: Shape of this variety is round, spherical. Striped, vibrant red color, also on the shady side. The flesh of this variety is crisp, juicy, and aromatic. Taste is sweet with almost no acidity. High in sugar content. FRUIT SIZE: Medium to large. Even sized. HARVEST: Beginning to middle of October. COMMERCIAL USE: Great looking and sweet dessert apple. Tree withstands frost very well. Highly productive and great storage capability, cold storage until March, and in the CA storage until June.

Vigour of this variety is moderate, and the growth habit is spreading. Blossoms early, around a week before Golden Delicious. It is a very good pollinator. POLLINATORS: Different variety with same bloom periods like Granny Smith, Braeburn, Cox, or any other early flowering diploid variety. FRUIT APPEARANCE: The fruit has juicy flesh, sweet-sour in taste. The flesh is firm, whitish color, and medium-fine texture. The skin of an Idared apple is light green in color covered with intensive red on 50 to 60% of the surface of the fruit. The shape of Idared is Flattened round. FRUIT SIZE: Medium-large to large, weight of fruit around 150g - 350g.

The tree of Granny Smith variety has a medium to strong vigour. Flowering comes mid to late, around 2-3 days after Golden Delicious. Granny Smith is a good pollinator and has very reliable and good yields. POLLINATORS: Partially self-fertile, and best pollinators are: Idared, Braeburn, Arlet, Fuji, Gala, Golden Delicious, Jonathan, Red Delicious, Idared. FRUIT APPEARANCE: Flesh of the Granny Smith is white in color, the texture is crisp and firm, juicy, slightly acidic, and full and sharp flavored in taste.
