We use LED systems from branded companies to fulfill our orders. These are professional modules that meet stringent durability and reliability standards, which made it possible to achieve uninterrupted and fault-free operation for 50,000 hours. Our illuminated letters are resistant to extreme weather conditions - they can operate at temperatures between -30oC and +65oC. At the same time, this solution ensures three times less power consumption compared to traditional fluorescent lamps that enrich standard signs.

The operation of these letters is based on creating a light-transmitting front and placing a light source behind it. The face of the letter is most often made of colored plexiglass or milky plexiglass (in sizes 3-5 mm) with a translucent foil in any color glued to it. We enclose the front - the most popular solution is a bendable aluminum tape. Thanks to the use of Alurapid tape (available in sizes: 60 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 140 mm, and on special order 167 mm and 217 mm) powder-coated in a color from the RAL palette, your letters will withstand all weather conditions. The back of the letter is made of a 10 mm thick Simona PVC board. This is where the LED lighting is installed. Each letter is therefore an independent "box". All the materials we use are selected from among the best available on the market. Their high quality and resistance to capricious weather, together with the lighting we offer, guarantee reliable operation for many years.

In this case, the front of the letters is made of a uniform material that does not transmit light (we usually recommend Dibond or aluminum). The letters do not have to have a back or, on request, they can be made of colorless plexiglass. Thanks to the use of special distances, the light creates an aura effect (echo) on the wall behind the letter. The inscriptions can be made of Styrodur with a Dibon front glued on. Styrodur itself can also be used, but this solution requires the creation of an additional frame for each letter to maintain appropriate stiffness. A universal solution is to use letters based on Alurapid aluminum tapes. This has the advantage that they can be easily transformed into a 3Dled Front if necessary.

This is a combination of both previously described techniques. It remains the most effective way to illuminate LED letters.

We can make our 3D letters for you only from plexiglass. In this case, they are thermally welded with the additional use of colorless glue. The back is made of a 10 mm PVC board, which is both a base for the letters and their load-bearing element. It is possible to obtain not only right angles, but also curves. This creates the opportunity to make a letter in any shape, which, after installing LED diodes, will illuminate not only its front, but also its sides.
