The AVK stainless steel repair clamp is a simple, quick and solid solution for repairs to pipes made of steel, copper, asbestos cements, cast iron and plastic pipes. This stainless steel repair clamps can be used for the permanent repair of cracks, holes or complete breakages in pipes or for tapping. The AVK stainless steel repair clamp can be made of high quality AISI 304 or AISI 316. After welding procedures, the stainless steel repair clamp is completely passivated to guarantee optimum corrosion resistance. The clamp can be offered with EPDM, NBR and FKM rubber. Dismantling joints perform an important role in the design and implementation of pipelines including pumps, valves and meters. They provide easy installation and disassembly of valves, pumps and pipe sections. Besides the dismantling joint compensate for axial displacement of the pipe during installation and dismantling. The AVK dismantling joint type Redijo is a double flanged dismantling joint with one follower end-ring.

The AVK Orion program consists of a wide range straight couplings, flange adapters, spigot couplings and reducer couplings. These are universally applicable to steel, cast iron, AC, PVC and PE pipes with an outside diameter of 46 to 358 mm. A coupling per nominal size.

AVK tapping saddles can be installed on cast iron, copper, steel, asbestos cement and plastic pipes. The rubber lining of tapping saddles guarantees a leak-tight connection, even with rough pipes surfaces. AVK uses rubber lining with a special trapezoid wafer design with rounded tops where other use a standard square profile. The rounded trapezoid design provide superior sealing characteristics. AVK REWAG tapping saddles are suitable for water, gas, industry, sewage and fire-fighting segment. Our tapping saddles are easy to install, maintenance-free and designed for long life. The Quick Repair (QR) transition coupling sets a new standard for quick but professional repairing of leaking pipe connections. The QR coupling is maintenance free and made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 with a rubber sealing (EPDM or NBR) inside and is therefore fully protected against corrosion. The wedges are easy to assemble without using a special tool and you only have to clean the sealing surfaces. Furthermore a big benefit of the QR coupling is that you don’t have to stop the flow during mounting, the pipeline stays operational. This sustainable professional solution means a lot of time gain for the mechanic.

AVK recommends usage of support bushes in the PE pipe when using a tensile coupling or flange adaptor such as an AVK combi-flange and a Supa Plus™ or Supa Maxi™ coupling. AVK support bushes are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and are standard available for SDR 11, SDR 13,6, SDR 17 and SDR 17,6 PE pipes. Other SDR classes on request.

The coupling side of the Repico range consists of restraint (tensile) and non-restraint (non-tensile) couplings. Restraint, where the pipe is fixed within the coupling. The economic version is our GLP, for medium pressures in an economic configuration we have the GMP, the standard version is the G type and for higher pressures with bigger sizes we offer the GF. These are all for metal pipes. Available in Q3 is the GP, the restraint version for plastic pipes. Non restraint, where the pipe needs to be restrained in the pipe supports or otherwise. The S type has 1 lock (set of bolts) and is the standard version, for bigger sizes we offer the SD which has 2 locks, the ST with 3 locks and the SQ with 4 locks. Besides the standard length versions we also offer a longer version of the coupling: SL, SDL, SQL & STL.
