The digital pressure gauge DL01 is a precision device fulfilling highest demands. It was conceived especially for leak testing or pipeline monitoring. The advantage of the DL01 is that it consists of two devices - the digital display and the pressure transmitter -which can be combined without any tools. DMP 320 stands for speed and precision. With a response time of ≤ 0.5 msec and a sampling rate of 10 kHz, the pressure transmitter was designed for applications, in which an extremely fast and exact pressure measuring is required. Pressure curves, peaks and hits can be monitored and evaluated exactly. The signal processing of the sensor signal is done by newly developed digital electronics, which detect the signal with a sampling rate of 10 kHz. Sensor-specific deviations such as non-linearity, hysteresis and temperature errors are compensated actively. DCT 531 with RS485 interface uses the communication protocol Modbus RTU which has found the way in industrial communication as an open protocol. The Modbus protocol is based on a master Slave architecture with which up to 247 Slaves can be questioned by a master – the data will transfer in binary form. Due to the usage of high quality materials and components, DCT 531 is suitable for almost every industrial application, if medium is compatible with stainless steel 316L. In den zurückliegenden Jahren prägten extreme Wetterereignisse sowie knapper werdende Grundwassermengen die Sommermonate in Europa. Um darauf zielgerichteter reagieren zu können, nimmt die Anzahl an Messnetzen zur Pegelüberwachung von Grund- und Oberflächenwasser stetig zu. Für eben diese Anwendungen stellt BD|SENSORS eine neue Low-Power Füllstandssonde vor, die mit bewährten technischen Eigenschaften aufwartet und on top über eine digitale i2C-Schnittstelle verfügt. Herzstück der DCL 532 ist ein hochgenauer und langzeitstabiler piezoresistiver Edelstahl-Drucksensor, der Füllhöhen von 1 bis 40 Meter bei einer Messgenauigkeit von bis zu 0,1% FSO abdeckt. Einen Pluspunkt stellt die minimale Stromaufnahme während der Messung bzw. im Standby dar. Hier überzeugt die DCL 532 mit einem Wert von unter 1mA im laufenden und weniger als 50 µA im ruhenden Betrieb.
