Bioterra was the first company to introduce the organic almond production in Spain and founded for this purpose in 1990. We grow, produce and market different varieties of Spanish almond, premium figs, wild pine nuts and high quality pistachios, organic and conventional. From these raw materials we manufacture snacks and other gourmet products. We are specialized in processing the almonds in several ways. We do simple transformations like blanching, slivering, slicing, dicing or making flours or paste and some complex processes such as roasting, frying, seasoning or coating. We also produce premium products like marzipan, Spanish nougats (turron), bonbons, almond protein or first cold-pressed oil and make customized products. We are certified IFS Food with Higher Level and sell our products complying with EU Organic, NOP Organic, Kosher and Gluten-Free.
