The Classic range of Pressure Gauges has been designed to meet the high demands of the process industry. The standard unit incorporates 316 stainless steel wetted parts that are housed within a liquid fillable 316 stainless steel case. Standard units are available as dual scale bar and psi but custom scales can be supplied. 316L wetted parts and cases are available as an option. Model 5214 Standard Test Gauge Our 0.25% accuracy Standard Test Gauge is undoubtedly recognised as a world leader for its accuracy and, of course, Budenberg Quality. Schaffer Diaphragm gauges are designed for use on slurries, viscous or corrosive fluids that would normally attack or block standard bourdon tube gauges. 316 Stainless Steel full safety pattern case. Implementing specialist materials for both the connection and diaphragm enable the Shaffer Diaphragm gauge to be configured for use on any gaseous or liquid media including suspended solids or powders. The direct drive from the diaphragm to the movement ensures a more positive indication of pressure than other models of tube gauges. Offering a full range of screwed connection sizes and materials, Schaffer Diaphragm gauges can operate at pressure ranges as low as 30 mBar with the option to permit units to withstand a maximum pressure of 70 bar.

The pressure transmitters of the 33X-Ed series use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve exceptional accuracy of 0,05 %FS – in the temperature range from 10 to 40 °C, this value even corresponds to the total error band. Additional measurements and selections can optionally be used to achieve a precision (and also, if calibrated in an accredited test laboratory, an accuracy) of 0,01 %FS. In addition to the digital RS485 interface, the X-line transmitters have a rangeable, analog current or voltage output. Pressure-proof housing – suitable for use in explosive atmospheres.

The HPX high-pressure calibrator is a high-precision calibration instrument for pressures between 0 bar and 700 bar. The functional calibrator is supplied in a sturdy carrying case and pressure can be quickly generated manually. It is therefore ideal for use in the field. The pressure is measured by the integrated LEX1 manometer and is both shown on the display and output via the RS485 interface. Additional functions such as zero point resetting, peak and trough pressure value indication and leak measurement make it even easier to take measurements.
