Working with the HB 950 is ideal if the hot-melt adhesive is applied from above. By hanging the hand gun on a balancer, you can work in a way that is gentle on the muscles and tendons. The safety and protection of the user are ensured by the insulation of the handle, which also does not transport any adhesive. A 1.2 mm bead nozzle is pre-assembled. The standard version has a PT100 temperature sensor, others are available on request.

It’s in a class of its own: the smallest model in the wing.line® design series. Slim, black, blue and with a removable power plug. The device is able to process a stick without a power connection. Short-term applications outside or away from the workplace are now possible. The stand (removable) enables the gun to stand safely on the worktop. Without the stand, it can be used in places that are hard to reach. The illuminated on/off switch shows at a glance whether the device is switched on. 125 watts ensure that the operating temperature is quickly reached. The mounted 3.0 mm nozzle can be replaced if desired. Smaller and larger nozzle diameters are available on request.

This type enables reactive hot-melt adhesives, such as Polyurethane (PUR) or Polyolefine (POR) from aluminium cartridges to be processed. It is also possible to work horizontally or overhead. The devices are equipped with an innovative level control to provide information on the fill level in the cartridge.

The HB 5010 is a hot melt adhesive tank system with gear pump, especially for manual applications. Together with the hand gun HB 910, the tank system is ideally suited for all bead or spray bonding. The construction of the simple menu navigation of the control unit is so user-friendly that the intuitive operation of the device is possible even for untrained personnel. The extremely resilient plastic housing has a dirt-resistant paint finish. The modular structure of the system increases the ease of maintenance and ensures good accessibility of the parts when servicing. A filter change is possible without additional disassembly. A conveyor system with gear pump ensures a constant volume per unit of time. The simple design of the pump makes it robust and inexpensive. The construction of the pump also enables the processing of polyamides up to 210°C. Up to 2 heatable hoses can be connected. In combination with application heads, automation of simple tasks is possible.

Experience new options for integration of the HB 6000 Connect into an existing peripheral. Via Modbus, Profibus, Profinet and Ethernet-IP, you have full control over the connection to your existing parent machine. The touchscreen creates an innovative connection between the operator and the system. All system information that is relevant for the bonding is clearly and graphically displayed – at a glance. The temperature control is easily operated via the touchscreen. Highest compatibility The HB 6000 Connect is compatible with various manufacturer brands. Heated hoses and application heads from Nordson and Robatech can be connected and used with Plug & Play. Thanks to the integrated control, a granulate feeder1 or a level control1 can be easily connected and configured. The power of the device is shown in the melting and conveying/flow capacity. Melt up to 30 kg of hot melt adhesive per hour2 and even convey up to 66 kg per hour2 via the piston pump.

The HB 20 BS surface application head is equipped with a wide-slot module, which enables a maximum application width of 20 mm.
