The ERM scale drums are available in two completely different design types, appropriate for their use in different installations: The TTR ERM 2x00 scale drums for precise axes in turning and milling applications The TTR ERM 2x04 and TTR ERM 2x05 scale drums for spindle applications Furthermore, various grating periods are available for the scale drums, depending on the speed and accuracy requirements.

The PWT 101 is a testing device for the functional testing and adjustment of incremental and absolute HEIDENHAIN encoders. Thanks to its compact dimensions and sturdy design, the PWT 101 is ideal for portable use. Operation and visual display are performed on a 4.3-inch color flat-panel touchscreen. The PWT 101 supports a variety of functions depending on the encoder and the interface. With encoders featuring the EnDat interface, for example, you can display the position value, export online diagnostic data, shift datums, and perform further inspection functions.

The TS 750 is equipped with high-precision pressure sensors. The trigger pulse is obtained through force analysis. The forces that arise during probing are processed electronically. This method delivers extremely homogeneous probing accuracy over 360°. With the TS 750, the deflection of the stylus is measured by multiple pressure sensors that are arranged in the stylus holder.
