Ensuring that customers always get (at least) what they need is one thing. Another important point is proving compliance with the relevant standards, regulations and certifications. After all, in an age of globalisation, compliance, increasing connectivity and digitalisation, both Dressler Group and its customers must ensure, for their other partners and the responsible authorities, that compliance remains unbroken throughout the supply chain at all times. Our production is done in specifically equipped rooms, to rule out the possibility of product contamination from the outside. This includes, for example: special access authorisation, airtight walls and ceilings, windows that cannot be opened, air supply to the rooms being filtered, higher inside air pressure in relation to the outside air, insect lamps to prevent contamination with insects, mandatory protective clothing, shoe covers, gloves and hair covers, written authorisation with documentation for all work or events taking place in the rooms, such as cleaning, conversions, malfunctions. We have specialised in the particular needs of the pharmaceutical, food and health industries. All production takes place under clean room conditions and in compliance with the highest hygiene standards. Some sections are FDA-approved. Food additives are processed in accordance with the HACCP principles and in compliance with the European food hygiene directives and are prepared for dispatch.

Two current examples of Dressler Group innovations: Spherical Powder Technology (SPT) and the development of integrated processes. SPT is a process that allows powders to be made out of high-performance polymers that cannot otherwise be pulverised. This opens up completely new kinds of applications, using processes such as 3D printing/additive manufacturing, that were equally impossible before. Meanwhile, integrated processes allow grinding, sieving and dust removal to be carried out in a single operation rather than separate steps, thus saving energy and time.

Recording of data and events in written form for later reference. Full documentation is important for all stages of an order. All relevant data is documented and archived, from order entry, production, quality assurance to dispatch. This ensures that the individual processes can be traced back.

We pack and ship according to your individual wishes – either to you, or directly to your customers! What's more, we're quick: just two to three days after grinding, the goods are at their destination. By the way, thanks to our AEO C+S status, we can even take care of customs clearance for you at our premises.

The result of our work? Powders ready for processing. Fully packed in sacks, cartons, Big Bags and other containers prepared for dispatch in our (GMP) warehouses.
