Ems99 specializes in the production of steel marking wheels. As with the production of punches, the customer is given the opportunity to customize the characters according to his needs: he can choose between numbers, letters and other special characters. The type of incision proposed with this technique is cut or flat. Wheel marking allows you to get precise work in a short time, suitable for various materials such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic, cast iron and others.

Ems99 produces punches in 90MnCrV8 steel and tempered (56-60 HRC) with a tolerance of 0.015. OT58 EN 12164 brass punches are created for hot stamping. Also for this article, in addition to the standard pieces, the creation of customized pieces in terms of size and font is envisaged. The movable steel and brass characters allow engraving on labels or foil.

Ems99 has a well-known background in the marking of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, such as blisters. For their creation, steel punches are proposed, cold worked, engraved and tempered.
