The pipe or tube of the 2D pipe connector is inserted through the connector as required for bead tubes, immersion tubes, thermometers or sensors, etc. The pipe is placed against the inner edge of the connector and a sealing ring seals off the connection. A cutting ring wedges into the flexible tube or pipe as far as the knurled nut is screwed onto the connector body, thereby fixing the connection in place.

Our flow meters offers a wide range of rear and side connection options. Only special measuring tubes that have been manufactured and calibrated according to customer specification are used. Due to its design, the 4A flow meter for example is ideally suitable for panel mounting and wall mounting. A glass can easily be replaced while still installed.

The 8B standard manifolds in various designs and materials. Due to the special design, several manifolds can be easily connected in series. Depending on the application, the media can be either distributed directly or shut off as required using the appropriate fittings.

This connector is specially designed for mesh-reinforced flexible tubes. As all of the Generation+ connectors, it consists of only two parts: the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. An extra clamping ring is not required. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. The advantage: they cannot be damaged and are protected against external effects.

The special design of the 1W+ makes it possible to slide the corrugated flexible tube directly onto the slightly conical connecting sleeve inside the connector body. Then when the pressure screw is threaded in, the corrugated flexible tube is fixed in place on the connecting sleeve. No extra clamping ring is necessary because it is integrated into the pressure screw. That means the connector consists of only two parts, which makes handling considerably easier.

The emtechnik flow meter was developed especially for measuring air with different flow ranges. All sealing surfaces and threads are produced without seams. On request we are also able to offer flow meters customised to specific customer specifications with special measuring ranges and measurement acquisition (annular proximity switch or reed switch). To do this we need details regarding medium, pressure, temperature, measuring range, viscosity and density.

The pipe or tube of the 2T pipe connector is inserted through the connector as required for bead tubes, immersion tubes, thermometers or sensors, etc. It consists of a sealing cone which is pushed into the matching inner cone of the connector and acts as a bushing for the pipe while performing a sealing function. An additional O-ring, which is protected from damage by a pressure disc, holds the pipe in place and prevents it from being pulled out accidentally.

The flexible tube is widened when it is pushed onto the integrated connecting sleeve of the 1B flexible tube connector. The tube is secured in place by means of a knurled nut acting on the flexible tube and the connecting sleeve. The connector permanently has a pressure stage of PN 10. Easily able to withstand a brief pressure peaks of up to 30 bar at T= 20°C.

This ball valve is the ideal partner wherever aggressive gases and liquids have to be safely and reliably shut-off, isolated, mixed or distributed. It is light and compact and also has a good flow rate, even with soiled media. The shut-off body consists of a ball with a hole drilled through it. When the valve is open the entire cross-section is clear. A special mounting system makes it easy to assemble the ball valve in the desired location. Our ball valve is also available on request in the bulkhead version.

The 1+ connector consists of just two parts, the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. They cannot be damaged and are thus protected against external effects. Further advantages: The connector is completely leak-proof when it is "hand-tight" and no tools are required. This significantly reduces assembly times. The pressure screw can also be tightened with a fork wrench so there is no gap between the connection and the connector body.
