The green, non-roasted beans of the coffee plant (Coffea arabica) are referred to as green coffee. Plenty of chlorogenic acid, which is largely destroyed when roasting the coffee, is contained inside. Chlorogenic acid has been proven in several studies to support a weight controlled diet. Our Green Coffee Capsules contain 400 mg green coffee extract with 200 mg chlorogenic acid as well as 50 g chrome, which contributes towards maintaining a normal blood sugar level and a normal metabolic rate of macronutrients. Carbohydrates, fats and proteins are jointly referred to as macronutrients because they are absorbed in large quantities (Greek word "makros" = large).

Green tea is obtained from the same plant (Camellia sinensis) as black tea. In contrast to black tea, green tea isn't fermented but gently steamed and dried. Most of the health benefits of green tea are attributed to the catechins, a group of polyphenols, which gives the tea a bitter taste. Particularly noteworthy is the epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which are very high antioxidant activity. To the high-quality green tea extract in our capsules we have added vitamin C. Each capsule contains 400 mg green tea extract with 380 mg of polyphenols and 160 mg EGCG.

The hawthorn (Crataegus) is native to the northern regions of Europe. Alongside paths and hedgerows, it can be recognised from May to June by its lush, white flourish of blossom and, later on, by its shiny red fruit. Together with the petals, the sharp thorns spread along the branches give the plant its name. The most important contents of hawthorn leaves are flavonoids, which belong to the secondary plant substances. We have added iron and folic acid (folate). The following effects are scientifically confirmed: Iron and folate contribute towards the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron supports a normal energy metabolism and the transport of oxygen in the body. Folic acid has function in cell division and contributes towards normal production of blood.
