haacon hebetechnik gmbh expands its standard range to include rack and pinion winches with fastening lugs for wall mounting. The serial drive type is a spring-loaded safety crank (SiFeKu), which holds the load in any desired position under tensile and compressive loading. The winch can be utilised in any position. The winches are produced in three load classes: 1.5 t 3 t 5 t. The robust design with milled gear rack and hardened gear components is suitable for use in harsh applications. The crank handle can be moved for space efficiency. Special designs with other rack and pinion lengths, detachable crank design, assembled fastening options can be supplied at short notice.

haacon offers parking supports for the parking of containers and swap bodies. One set consists of 4 individual supports. Containers up to 32 t can be easily and inexpensively parked for loading and unloading or for intermediate storage. The standard version with stability up to wind force 7 can be moved on mounted solid rubber wheels. The particularly 'storm-proof' version with stability up to wind force 12 has an extended foot version and is transported either by forklift or a small auxiliary vehicle. The supports are designed in accordance with BGV D8 and can support a max. load of 11 t per support. To set down the container, the supports are attached to the lower ISO corners and locked. By means of air suspension the vehicle is lowered so that the truck can exit. The container remains on the supports until it is picked up again.

Innovative inclinometer-based position control is a special characteristic of our lifting systems and allows lifting and lowering action parallel to the ground during loading operations in uneven terrain, automatic initial inclination registration, inclination offset to zero degrees, control precision: +/- 0.2 degrees, safety shutdown when the inclination exceeds 3.5 degrees (or more, if required). Individual support control unit available as optional attachment.
