OrO di GoRgOnE – 2019 Gran Riserva is born in a plot of land at 96H8+R8, settled in Barrafranca, province of Enna. It is about an extra-virgin olive oil carefully selected and from a delimited area. This process was made with the aim to propose a cru olive oil, that must respect qualitatives and scent standards. Then, this oil is stored in ceramic bottles for a certain period in order to acquire a stale aftertaste, which is its stand out.

Clizia is our delicate vegetable mayonnaise made with Sicilian almonds. Almond is the protagonist of a delicious soft and delicate cream, alternative to the classic mayonnaise. All the scent of our Sicilian almonds and the intense flavor of the extra virgin olive oil of our olives meet in the revisitation of the famous sauce in vegan friendly style.
