Our welders are certified for welding using the MIG/MAG process. Manual welding capability up to 450A, and welding under flux up to 900A. We specialize in welding unique and demanding products.

Cutting profiles up to 350x300mm with the option of angled cuts. Our advantage lies in having a wide range of raw materials in stock, enabling us to offer short lead times. Competitive edge includes rapid responsiveness and adaptability to changes.

* Plasma cutting up to 30mm * Flame cutting up to 100mm Due to our quick response, we cut materials in-house. We provide support and advice to customers for better material utilization and consequently lower costs. Maximum cutting dimensions are 6x2m.

* Bending up to 4000mm in length * 240 tons of power We bend even more complex products and, if necessary, manufacture unique tools. Bending all types of materials and thicknesses. CAD models are used for bending simulation.

Milling on a 5-axis machine with product dimensions: X=7100mm Y=2400mm Z=1500mm within tolerance of +/-0.02mm. Products are measured using a 3D measuring probe. Machining simulations are done in MasterCam program. We process various materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastic. Milling on 3-axis machines with product dimensions: X=2000mm Y=1000mm Z=550mm within tolerance of +/-0.01mm. Product control is done via Ranishaw measuring system. The system allows for quick control, precise adjustment, and, above all, high quality. Milling on a horizontal milling-boring machine with product dimensions: X=2810mm Y=1920mm Z=2000mm within tolerance of +/-0.02mm. Processing combines milling and drilling on a machine with a rotary table measuring 1800x2000mm and a load capacity of 10 tons.

* Conventional turning of smaller products with dimensions: Diameter=300mm, Length=3000mm * Conventional turning of larger diameters: Diameter=1300mm, Length=1000mm Unique production requires processing of various diameters, so we also use turning of larger diameters. Each product is checked and coordinated with the customer for optimal manufacturing technology before production. We turn various materials, including hardened ones with high hardness.

Max. product dimensions W=4500mm L=8000mm H=3400mm. Sandblasting is also available for stainless steel, which is separated from other steel to prevent contamination. Upon customer request, we also employ laser removal of impurities on the surface. Customers can choose from different sandblasting roughnesses depending on project needs.

* Assembly of machines/assemblies * Test runs Our idea is to provide customers with a turnkey project as much as possible. In other words, we aim to fully meet customer requirements and offer them a wide range of services. We offer customers the option to control the manufacturing process at any time. Also, the option for the customer to decide which external contractors we will collaborate with.
