In the processing of blind rivets, the lever tool BZ 72 covers the range from 4.0 up to 8.0 mm (aluminum). The main focus of this type of tool is on an especially durable and robust construction for daily use in workshops or on construction sites. Supplied in an impact-resistant plastic case. The replacement nosepieces are stored in a locked box integrated in the mandrel container.

Reliable with low wear. On the HONSEL BZ 143A, the clamping jaws are specially adapted to the trapezoidal grooves of the rivet mandrel. In combination with the modified clamping mechanism, this guarantees secure and positive setting of FERO® BULB high-strength blind rivets (or comparable types) with mandrel diameters from 3.8 to 6.15/6.5 mm! Wear of the clamping jaws is minimised!

The stroke-controlled solution for large tasks – optionally up to M12. The sophisticated design and individual setting options make the Honsel VNG 903 your perfect tool for the easy and reliable setting of all common blind rivet nuts. These are automatically threaded onto the threaded mandrel through light pressure. Threading is likewise stopped automatically; the threading time can be set. Convenient, simple, practical.

The MULTI riveting tools are true all-rounders. They are the only tools which are capable of processing all three types of blind rivets (blind rivets, blind rivet nuts and blind rivet bolts). The lever tool MULTI 5 with its folding arms combines a compact transport size with the perfect effect of long lever arms in use.

Self-clinch studs (flush head studs) are fasteners that have a serration under the head. At inserting into the metal sheet it presses the displaced material into the rivet ring to secure the fastener. The really powerful tool from HONSEL for blind rivets up to 8.0 mm diameter! With a very long stroke of 25 mm it is also eminently suitable for the setting of high-strength FERO® BOLT blind rivets. The BZ 123A is to be found in industrial series production, for example, of truck semi-trailers, and in individual vehicle and trailer construction – wherever large numbers of safety-relevant blind rivets have to be set quickly and reliably.
